Glad you found the tutorial to be of use! Sorry to hear you are having troubles though. Make sure you have these brutalities unlock before attempting them, sadly unlike fatalities, you have to own them to perform them.
Thanks Milo! If you pause the game, then head into the move list, you can highlight any moves you want on screen and should be able to push either Triangle, or Y, to tag them. By doing this, they will pop up in fights. It won't work for all game modes, like ranked, but it works for most. Just make sure to tag them in the order you want to perform the combo, because they display in the order you choose to tag. Good luck!

Sub-Zero is my favorite character and recently while playing I noticed that his ice and axe were a deep bright purple color. I don't know if it was a variation or the arena I was in but I have not been able to make it happen again. Purple is my favorite color and I have been racking my brain trying to figure out how to make it happen again. Thanks again.
No problem Cesare, glad you have been enjoying them! As for your question regarding the purple axe, it would seem a few costume variations change not only the outfit, but the weapons as well. In this case, the costumes "Winter Purple" "Icefield" and "Snowfall" all appear to have purple axes for Sub-Zero from what I just checked. I'm not sure if this exactly answers your question, but as far as I understand using one of those costumes I named would be the easiest way to designate your variation a permanent purple weapon. Try it out, and if you have struggles, feel free to return!

That is correct Axeel, you will need to own the brutality before you can perform them, otherwise you will get the results you mentioned and simply do a normal attack.
Hi Fernando! This is actually 2-Player local VS mode. By plugging in a second controller, and leaving it to sit, you can then of course practice on your opponent under what the game considers "real conditions" and thus you can perform brutalities or fatalities as normal. Awesome way to practice, or in my case, make tutorials!
Luckily you DO NOT, unless a brutality states otherwise. The only reason I do so "well" in these tutorials, is because I go to two player local VS so that I can demonstrate them in a controlled environment under "real" kombat conditions.
I make these videos in the 2 Player VS mode so that the opponent won’t move, a bonus to that mode is you can turn off the time limit from the character selection screen as you see here Zoran.
The Russian Bic Boi did a good job at summarizing it. If you need a video tutorial, you can check out any of the MK11 tutorials I've done that require you to do a Mercy for the brutality, as I go over the criteria every time.
Hi Anesu. Are you talking about the Klassic? If so then yes, when it comes to your final round, you have to make sure you don't block any attacks or else the brutality simply won't work.
1 - Beat all 5 stages of the Character Tower. 2 - Check the Towers of Time often as characters have a few towers themed after them with brutality rewards. 3 - After beating any single fight boss towers, fight on it again with Brutal difficulty now activated while playing as your character of choice, and sometimes you will unlock a brutality for winning. I recommend taking items to help. 4 - Vanilla/Basegame characters usually have 1 - 2 in the Krypt. 5 - Every season of Kombat League usually has 2 brutalities you can unlock for completing certain challenges. Good luck on your hunt Boba Virus!
I'm not positive as they sadly won't let you preview the taunts in the customization menu, but if I had to guess it is the one called "Falling Back" and I believe I found it in the Krypt from a soul chest.
Tough to say for sure because this game has become really confusing with brutality locations. If you already got a brutality or two from the Krypt for Sub-Zero, you're probably all set. Make sure you clear out his personal character tower as well, as at least up to stage 5, you should get a few brutalities. Lastly, if you haven't already, when the single fight boss towers come around in the Towers of Time, beat them once to unlock Brutal difficulty, and then play them again with Brutal difficulty on, and as Sub-Zero. This usually can help you unlock additional cosmetics, and often times, brutalities. Good luck on your hunt Pedro.

I’m disabled so I often use AI, but how on earth do you make Sub-Zero’s AI do Fatal Blows as it seems near impossible for his AI. Great video though
