i love this type of animation, some may call it lazy and stuff but sfm is hard to use, the static feel makes everything unnerving and have you at edge at all times.
Loved the animation and actually chucked at the first few minutes of the story as I worked at Walmart at one point. Walmart was my first "real" job and did the same thing the protagonist did, stocking shelves. I got hired in possibly the worst scenario I could imagine: overnight, full-time, in December, during 2020 (during THAT event). I started my shift at 9 pm and the store closed at 10:00 due to "pandemic regulations" instead of 24 hrs, meaning I had about an hour of customer interaction. I figured since I'm primarily a night-owl, this job would suit me fine. Turned out to be the opposite. It wasn't high stress and fast paced, but it was the most dehumanizing and soul-sucking experience I ever had. I was just a drone doing menial tasks for a large corporation. I was lonely, half my job felt pointless (Fronting product on the shelves after restocking them), and the thought of having just enough time to sleep and ready myself for the next shift. Thankfully, my coworkers and supervisors were nice and helpful, and I could listen to whatever I wanted as long as I had one ear open, but being in the store when it's almost completely devoid of people felt like being in a real liminal space. I couldn't (still can't today) think of any reason how and why anyone would willingly do that job and somehow not go insane (no offense to any overnight workers!😁👍). I lasted exactly one month before I resigned. The next few months afterwards were the most miserable I've ever felt (possibly due to my borked sleep schedule and other factors). I told my friends and family about my experience and their responses mostly boiled down to "Overnight at a big-box store is not a good first job" After listening to this story, my past self would've traded his position for the protagonist's, even if that meant possible harm or death.😬
TF2 SFM creepypastas are always gonna have a special place in my heart. I don't even know why, I just always feel like I can binge watch them for hours. Also, plant, you're the man, dog. Your videos are always amazing and it's usually your videos I end up watching.

Heavy was a good choice of character for this story. Heavy is a big dude. For him to look short at best, and tiny at worst compared to the creature makes it that much more intimidating.
