Seeing lots of such buildings which could be a landmark of future, specially how to build such honest strong structure/s with Indian Money itself, even today these building can be used with different purposes. There is no quality of life in patna for approx 90% of people there ..in last 10-15 years 🚦 traffic jams is new normal...u can never drive car at avg 30-40 speed in patna...no building construction Norm every house touching 3other houses ... every where flyover road crushing colonies markets below ....no parks no new open ground like Gandhi maidan....no new patna science college like standard degree college.... only excess rush of people and lawless offices buildings coming up everywhere in patna govt and private...... forgot simple chhath Puja at ghats humbleness of magadh

I left my Bihar(Patna) in 2022 with my family. I worked for 10 years in Delhi and did not find any opportunity or development in Bihar. So ultimately, I shifted my family here with me and now I save 8flights a year cost approx 50-60K per traveller.
Dutt ji pracheen shahar ko agar ekdum chhod kar koyi naya shahar basayenge toh hii aitihasik shahar bach sakta hai par kya aaj kii tabadtod jansankhya vriddhi ke kaal mein aisa koi shahar jaise Chandigarh , new Delhi ya Bhuwaneshwar toh abhi ke Patna se doore kahin basana hoga.
India including our Bihar has huge population. To meet requiremwnt of increasing population, more hispitals and colleges are needed. Keeping an old building of PMCH will occupy space. Demolishing an old structure and building a multi storey building in place of that to meet increasing requirement is the need of time. Consider about the crowd coming to PMCH daily, and an old building occupying limited premises of PMCH standing there like a monument.
