Honestly while this is a great idea, you're one of the most clear cut Autumn's I've ever seen and you could probably just do like a poll and then maybe a video with you doing a fun self assessment. Because yeah, never have I seen such an autumn. It's easy for fair people to always say muted but you might definitely be a true. @@AmandaZ
I get this new ND palette isn’t for everyone, but it’s for me. I love it. My favorite types of shades are glimmery, minimal or no sparkles. I just don’t like it when glitter migrates to my face during the day. These are glimmery glowy eyeshadows (with the exception of Dreamy). I compare them to the ultraviolet potshot from Charlotte that turned out glimmery instead of sparkles like the other CT pop shots. I also have had no issues with creasing when I apply to a bare lid. So if you are into those types of eyeshadows then this palette is for you. ❤
Would love a stand alone of the hd glow! Your foundation reviews are so helpful! I’m more wondering if it has a place in my collection or does my fenty beauty stick foundation cover it?
The ND pallet is perfect for me as I cannot apply makeup in the morning (I claim because I have a dry eye tearing problem but also because I like to hit the snooze button for as long as possible lol…I use a tinted sunscreen & rush out the door & pull this simply sleek & travel ready palette over lunch, throw the bronzer in my crease, add a gleam of pink or brown over the lids & some mascara, I immediately feel better about myself. If I use the shadow too close to when I apply sunscreen it has a tendency to crease &/or fade, otherwise it’s the perfect everyday ‘no makeup makeup’ palette❤
I was looking at blush in Sephora this weekend and fell in love with Shes the Moment and Haus Labs Pomelo Peach! Im considering picking one up during the sale next month and Im so torn. I'm also seconding the comment about blush for each color season. I feel like this could be made simple or complicated, but something like "best neutral, best flushed, and best pop of color" for each color season would be AMAZING. Im sure you have lots of blushes you could compare for us :)
Not a fan of new Natasha palette returned it . I’m extremely fair and I have hooded kids … the bronzer was a big no and eyeshadow creased . I agree I need a nude is best choice
I’m confused about face prep. Do you have a video on that? For instance, is this the correct order: 1) serum 2) target products (vit c, retinol, etc.) 3) moisturizer 4) sunscreen Then, what I am most confused about. Do you put a face/makeup primer on top of all that, like the Ilia base product on top of sunscreen? Or does this product replace all of the skincare steps and then apply sunscreen on top of it?
You've sold me on trying a tangerine blush. You're right, and that looks so lovely on you! May I offer the suggestion that you tend your inner-eyebrow. I notice you have some feathering that is still prominent in your newer thumbnails. The eyebrows themselves look great, and look great on you. But the feathering looks quite far in on video. I thought you sounded like Owen Wilson too. Thanks again for the tip on the tangerine blush!
I have been hoping that someday you release your own makeup line, and that passing comment about the eyeshadow palette made me even more hopeful 😍 I would buy everything. Even if shipping to Australia + currency conversion + GST cost the butt load it usually does haha I was also confused by the MUFE when I looked it up a few weeks ago. Wish they'd make it more distinctive! (Would still love to watch the wear test you did record of the other version)
I would like to know more depth on the exact caliray color corrector you used and if it came off sickly looking color or just brightening and if it’s a nice formula. I’d also like to know more about the mascara.
I'm on the fence about getting the Ilia Base Face Milk or Glossier Futuredew. I haven't tried either yet but I'm about to purchase one or the other, and I can't decide! Maybe I should break the bank and get both?
10:10 I’m sorry - I say this with love, but I giggle so hard when something occasionally goes amiss in your procedure! Like when you broke that highlighter and a chunk fell out of the compact… or you once feared a mouse was in your room. Your reactions are just so real they crack me up : )
I'm not sorry I've passed on the ND palette. I'd like to try the ILIA face base (I might try the mini), but it's so expensive. I am loving their complexion stick - will you try that?
Really appreciate your honest reviews. I don’t feel like you’re trying to sell us on any product. I’d like to see you test out different kinds of eyeliners, and brow applications. I’m not sure that would be an effective task for you, since your brows are so thick, and don’t need shaping or defining. Well, maybe we can get an opinion anyway. Thanks for your hard work in buying and testing all of these products.
my problem with the charlotte tilbury flawless filter and the elf dupe is that they make my skin soo oily as the day goes on and i'm literally supposed to have dry skin 😭
This turned out beautifully. I don’t like the ND Hyper palette. I won’t buy another glow product. I have so many that I’ve barely used. I might get a Patrick Ta palette later this year but I have so many bushes in doulas I live. I’ve got to use what I have.
I bought this hy-per natural palette as well. I've tried several times to like Natasha denonas formula but I just don't. It's simply does not last on my skin regardless of what I do. I was super excited about this palette because I thought the formula would be different enough from her norm that it might actually work for me. I wanted love this one. Nope 5 hours later I have to completely reapply my eyeshadow as typical with her brand. I have extremely dry skin so I have no idea why this keeps happening. And yes I have tried everything. Primers, concealers, sprays, done it. Nothing helps. Her formulas just don't work on my skin. Huda Beauty and Make up by Mario they work beautifully and last ALL day with no effort. I'm still going to keep this hy-per natural palette because I love the colors And maybe I will get lucky and find some sort of base that will actually work. Plus I do love the blush and bronzers.
I love the caliray corrector! It performs really well under the eyes, but i feel like it separates/sits on top of fine texture on my chin and near my eyebrows :( Has anyone else experienced this?
Star Filter is meant to be used WITH the skinglow foundation which is my everyday holy grail. It’s beautiful. And this filter is good because it’s not as glowy as the Charlotte one .
I’m afraid to try the HD Skin Glow foundation because so many people have said it broke them out. I’m fifty, have normal to dry ish skin. I use actives like lactic acid and B5. Rarely break out. Does anyone have experience with the HD Glow? I’m really on the edge about it.
I have used for about a week and I am 49 with dry skin. No breakouts looks and feels nice going on. Longevity for me is the same as my drug store skin tints. It also isnt t Dewey on me, but it feels and looks hydrating my face. Debating keeping it due to cost only.
Get a sample from Sephora. I find the samples last me for 3-4 applications. I think that would be enough to know if you break out and it didn’t cost anything. Plus, it helps to find the right shade. Select two shades you think would work and now you have 8 applications for free. My Sephora is generous with their samples and fill the whole container. Some do not and only put one pump of product, which is ridiculous (I had that happen once when I traveled to a different location than normal.)
Unfortunately the pearly shade of the Dior luminizer has very noticeable glitter in it - the formula applies to be different from the other shades as far as I can tell.
The I need a nude eyeshadows most don’t show up on Medium tan skin. Most end up looking the same. Also there’s different finishes without mush pigmentation. You really have to scrape. waste of money. Overly hyped.
Amanda, when you said your season does really well with tangerine blush it gave me an idea… I’d loooove to see a video where you get a color analysis!
I’d love to see a video about the best color blushes for different seasons!

I love it too.
I also love how much everyone else seems to hate it, rather inexplicably.
It does what it says on the tin.
Funny, I compare the shadows to the CT ones in the pots. The shade 'every day' reminds me so much of Oyster Pearl.

That blush color + placement is perfection!
That's my shade in the Kosas concealer. That's my favorite concealer thanks to you! Lol. I really like the fitglow concealer too.
I love the sweed lash mascara more than anything. Would be intresassant to compare this to the refh mascara 😊

Hi Amanda! Are you using the Ilia skin product as a toner step before moisturizer/spf too or just as a primer after skin care? Thank you! ❤
Love this vid!❤
The blush color on you is SPECTACULAR!!!

Is the naturium lip mask like the laneige lip mask?
very similar! a little thinner
Right as I was browsing through the sephora site 👀

Why might placing color on the tip of the nose be polarizing? I’m not in the know
Please tell me how the MUFE compares to Reboot. Reboot is my FAVE, but it looks like they're discontinuing it.
Did u use powder bronzer straight on unset foundation?
yes! I dont want to have to rely on my makeup being set for the blend to be seamless

I do all the time. It works fine, as long as your base products aren't too matte.
Please do a Sephora sale recommendations video!

Natasha is doing the same thing Charlotte Tilbury did for years by having one palette for all skin tones, and it never works.
Fantastic video
Imagine if Amanda released her own eyeshadow palette. Let a girl dream…
