For some people winter is a hard season, because of the reduced level of sunlight.
This decrease in sunlight may disrupt your body's internal clock and lead to feelings of sadness, tiredness and depression.
Therefore I made this video to share some tips on how to enjoy the cold and dark winter, that helps me find joy during this season - which I hope you can get inspired by.
Winter can be such a hard time to get through, but be patient - Spring is right around the corner 🌷
