Hey everyone! First up - the video is supposed to be a little hazy because you have something in your eye lol. Secondly, this week and next week I will only be uploading once a week so today, and then next Wednesday. I am taking the weekends off to be able to focus on spending time with family. Twice a week uploads will resume January 3rd! I will still be posting daily on the TikTok because those videos have been filmed ahead of time (but I will post an additional non medical vid on Christmas!). I did not film ahead for YT because I want to give the creative side of my brain a little rest so we can come back in 2024 refreshed and ready. Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday weekend! I completely agree, Dr. Kozy's videos really calm down and restore strength, and it's also like you're recovering, recently I was sick and very sick, when I watched her video I started to feel that I was getting better... And I really got better, it's the best channel in the WORLD.🥰🤗🩷🩷🩷
