We stay in building 4 ground floor. As long as you’re in the ground floor, you will be fine. 2nd and 3rd floor needs pressure for water to go up. We had 6 hours no water during our stay and as what I heard water issues was resolved already. Building 1-4 are pretty good building closed to everything. Ask if you can upgrade to Diamond club upon check in so you can dine in Diamond club restaurant. Don’t forget to book your Ala Carte restaurant as early as possible especially the Mediterranean restaurant for their famous lobster.

Is it true there is no air conditioning at the main buffet?
There is aircon in the buffet but some areas are not cool depends maybe with their vents. Usually we stay in the corner close to the buffet counters.
