Love it; have a v10 absolutel as well, and use only low power and it's great! Wanna get v15 ASAP

How would you compare this to the Shark Vertex Pro? Or I guess any Shark Cordless for that matter

Dyson's customer service is much better than shark. The V10 also has more power than any shark cordless.

The attachments on the new one are better but the older torque drive head is better.

I have no idea why dyson downgraded to the motorbar cleaner head instead of keeping the torque drive head on the V10 seems kind of weird.
