First NCOP strategic planning session under GNU

The National Council of Provinces chairperson addressed the first
NCOP strategic planning session under the government of national unity
today in Johannesburg.
The sessions are convened after general elections to start planning
processes to develop policy priorities, a strategic plan and annual
performance plans.
