Good video. I'd would have added is a piece of 1/2" x 4" aluminum strip to run acrost your back transom so the motor mounts have a solid wider surface to grab onto. This would add a lot of stability to your transom. I would also add a 1/4" thick piece of vibration damping pad on the other side of the transome where the touches the boat.

Motor is too low. Which you probably already figured out. What size is that prop?
Ended up selling it, motor started low, but we got it fixed
