As someone who loves using clubs, maces, et cetera; I always got a lot of mileage out of Assassin's dagger talismans. Doesn't matter what color, those weapons are good at stance breaking so you get tons of extra healing and FP to work with.

All of those are booty, unfortunately. Waiting 2 minutes and trying not to get hit isn't as effective as just diving in and trying to finish it off. In my opinion, at least

I'm doing something similar to this. But I picked up the skeleton armor and the regen shield and talisman. while I am not fighting it builds a nice chunk of health. There's also the life steal fist AoW, you missed.
Little note about sharpening kitchen knives-while it wouldn’t hurt to sharpen them every two months, it’s probably not necessary if you aren’t cooking literally all your meals at home. Get yourself a honing rod for realigning your knife’s edge and you’ll be more that fine. Having a sharp knife is very nice though, but I’m a chef and i still only sharpen like once a month

@@ryannelson5148 I used lions claw, storm caller(nice aoe and procs the heal every hit) and wild strikes (early) + The Stonebarb Crystal Tear. You also have access to Prayerful Strike but I didn't really use it. I also started with the imp ashes because you really don't need seeds. Honestly I recommend everyone do it because it really changes up playing the game. It is like a "no hit-lite" run.
Malenia's Rune+Swaddling Cloth+Butchering Knife(Barbaric Roar/Wild Strikes) = no problem, at all. Especially if you add the Phisique that reduces incomming damage, and Winged Sword talismans that add Damage on Each Hit.
I still would've kept at least a few actual Regen things on me, just for those times where there's nothing around to hit you and you can top off fairly quick

The fact that a basic bleed build can invalidate mohg, the second hardest fight in the game, is astonishing
Personally I'd put Placy ahead of Mohg, but it's probably just because I use status effects a lot.
