How to activate level 1&2 CIE(The Identity Card)

yes of course! you just need to get your identita card
for requesting you identita card you need to do the followings:
1. completing your residentsa in your commune office or through their websites
2. after few weeks a police officer will come to check your address and to verify it.
3. now you can go to commune office of your city and request your Italia identita card

I never get the OTP the website doesn’t send me anything and my phone number is updated and everything so you have any idea how to fix this issue

Hmmm turn on airplane mode and then turn it off or wait a couple days then try again , and also check your phone settings, spam messages and etc
