What ever happened to "Hey, they're tieflings, I'm a tiefling, I should talk to them!" What happened??? You stole their car and killed them all??????? What HAPPENED
I love how Murph is aware this is Ally’s first time playing and just take on the role of an older brother, like pointing/adjusting something on their deskspace 57:17 and helping with the maths 57:3458:03 . Also he just instinctively turned to their character sheet every time it’s Ally’s turn and ready to help and I find it such a beautiful friendship. (Poetic even, seeing how Murph belongs to the somewhat original, at least to me, cast of College Humour, and Ally was much newer compared to him. It’s kinda like a “mentor-mentee” dynamic that’s batshit crazy and chaotic) I noticed the Zac and Siobhan also look at each other’s character sheet a lot, with their shoulders up and heads slumped down like they’re secretly discussing something and I think it’s adorable. They also just tend to look at each other in general while brainstorming, and that’s such a friendship goal moment right there. Sidenote: This is strictly not romantic shipping, they are real people in literal relationships. I just love their friendships. Also loved their reaction when Ally pulled an Ally
I love these moments too and you can see Murph help out ally with stuff like that in other campaigns when they sit next to each other (though less as ally becomes more familiar)
@@seandalmolin-mcevoy7277 actually, that seems right. I was thinking that they would pull out the box of doom when the driver failed or the car exploded, but they didn't.
I was hoping Emily would end up with the demon cycle, but the demon instructing Lou on creepy advances almost made up for it. He's the type of GM that makes you want to get into a tabletop group, but simultaneously ruins any other group by his example.

I LOVE Brennan's face whenever they do something unexpected. Like at 47:27 when Emily says she wants to pull a U-turn on the highway and Brennan is just like "SuRe"
Imagine how proud Fabian father must be, his son enrolled in high school 2 days and is already out there killing several people and comes back home a living demonic motorcycle in a party of low key sadistic hobo-murders In the extreme opposite, every other parent is probably either completely horrified or just like… trying to do some damage control

Once, I made a whole battleship map, a special statblock for a giant sea serpent boss fight, made sailors and a captain and barrels and harpoon guns and everything. HOURS of work. Then the druid appeased the giant serpent with a Nat 20 Animal Handling check and fed it two barrels of fish they had brought up from below decks. -_-
@@lordfelidae4505 You're correct, however, the PC in question had a +5 in Animal Handling on a DC 25 check. A Nat 20 was the only way they could have got that result, and they rolled it. Fair is fair! :P If they hadn't had the +5 or higher, success would have been impossible
Let's not forget that even though this is an extra bloody DnD adventure, these characters are all freshmen. They had a car chase in which they killed multiple people and nearly died in a car accident as the vehicle they jacked flipped and rolled down the highway. This hit me extra hard as Kristen dragged herself out of the wreckage "tearing her skin"
at around 55:00 I visualized in my head what Fabian just did. While sickened he fell out of a tumbling car, did a three point landing while sliding back, stood up and swung at a dude impaling him through the eye with the rapier. Jesus that is a boss move.

@@nicohatesyoutubehandlers DEMON MARINARA that’s so real I love that
27:14 "Let me teach you samba" is extra funny as a brazilian, since we actually say "você vai dançar/sambar" (you're gonna dance/samba as a verb), to mean "you're gonna go down". This show is all kinds of amazing.
Knowing the DM’s mad knowledge of stuff, that could be intentional.

I love how Murph is aware this is Ally’s first time playing and just take on the role of an older brother, like pointing/adjusting something on their deskspace 57:17 and helping with the maths 57:34 58:03 . Also he just instinctively turned to their character sheet every time it’s Ally’s turn and ready to help and I find it such a beautiful friendship. (Poetic even, seeing how Murph belongs to the somewhat original, at least to me, cast of College Humour, and Ally was much newer compared to him. It’s kinda like a “mentor-mentee” dynamic that’s batshit crazy and chaotic)
I noticed the Zac and Siobhan also look at each other’s character sheet a lot, with their shoulders up and heads slumped down like they’re secretly discussing something and I think it’s adorable. They also just tend to look at each other in general while brainstorming, and that’s such a friendship goal moment right there.
Sidenote: This is strictly not romantic shipping, they are real people in literal relationships. I just love their friendships.
Also loved their reaction when Ally pulled an Ally
I’ve always loved this
I love these moments too and you can see Murph help out ally with stuff like that in other campaigns when they sit next to each other (though less as ally becomes more familiar)

Surely if it was the run up the asshole moment they should have used the board of doom
@@seandalmolin-mcevoy7277 actually, that seems right. I was thinking that they would pull out the box of doom when the driver failed or the car exploded, but they didn't.

@@Chunkboi NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT TABLES
I was hoping Emily would end up with the demon cycle, but the demon instructing Lou on creepy advances almost made up for it. Brennan is doing a superb job running this game, and I love his enthusiastic encouragement of the players, even when their actions are obviously throwing a wrench in his planned narrative. He's the type of GM that makes you want to get into a tabletop group, but simultaneously ruins any other group by his example.
The best was Fabian ended up getting cockblocked by The Ball.
That he is warping the demonic skull motif into a pirate skull motif is also amazing.
