1) Starting pitcher for Angels, becomes an elite pitcher and hits 46 dingers in the same year!
2) WBC 'bottom of 9th, 1 out to go for the CHAMPIONSHIP, bring in Ohtani vs Trout -- STRIKE OUT with 3-2 count to WIN it all!
3) 40/40 club --- how does Ohtani get there? Grand Slam HR to get 40/40!
4) 50/50 club -- what does Ohtani do? 6 for 6! single, 2 doubles (almost a cycle if he would've gotten to 3rd), 3 HR's!
These performances are the epitome of the "clutch performance" -- I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE PLAYOFFS THIS YEAR

It looks as though the pitcher was so depressed after pitching Shohei's 50th HR hit that he seemed to have just lobbed the ball when it came to throwing the next Shohei's 51st HR pitch. Viewing the video closer in great detail over and over again, I noticed they used a different pitcher for each of the 49, 50, and 51st HRs. Apparently, the entire Maimi Marlins team was depressed that the pitcher who threw the 51st HR appeared to have lobbed the ball to Shohei.
The 51 homerun Pitcher was a Position player. And rarely someone get a homer to a position player when they pitch. 😊
