Milling Mesquite Pods with Sonoran Scavengers! INCREDIBLE NUTRIENTS FOR OUR PETS!!!

Today, we explored the Goodyear Heritage Museum and attended a milling event hosted by Sonoran Scavengers. Inside, we saw some fascinating artifacts, from vintage farm equipment to memorabilia from Goodyear's early days. The museum really shows the impact of local history and its role in shaping the community, from farming to World War II aircraft production.
The highlight, though, was the milling event outside. Sonoran Scavengers demonstrated how they process mesquite pods, and we learned about their incredible benefits for both pets and wildlife. Mesquite pods are fiber-rich, full of natural proteins, and packed with nutrients like magnesium, calcium, potassium, and iron.
