I don't you have used a pixel once you use it despite its disadvantages it becomes difficult to switch to any other device software is a pretty important factor the problem many people don't realise it because they haven't used a good software once you use pixel you will realise that I still agree that 8a is a not good choice but someone would I would definitely suggest Pixel 8 because eventually it come up at this price or for lower price I would recommend 7a

@@chessopediaacademy1159 I agree with you. Once you use Pixel, it's very difficult to switch to any other Android just because of software experience. I won't recommend 8a but 8 at a lower price or 7a. It's very difficult to put into words. The little things here and there add upto such a experience in daily life that it just feels bad when you try to use some other Android after using Pixel. Pixel 8 at lower price is an excellent android phone

Iphone isn't a gaming phone too but it is consistent as it takes great videos and above average photos with no bloatware while pixel takes great photos ,great ui but 15k processing power

I can understand if people buy it just for the ui but not more than 20-25k
All this phone has going for it is the camera and the ui, even in ui i prefer to customize my devices so that excludes this from my use preference.
As for camera well while it does take good photos, 50k even 30k would not justify the tensor, looks, charging speed, plastic back

Google should consider mediatek or snapdragon processors rather than tensor chipsets if they want to compete in indian market..

tensors are made for cold regions not for weather like India.... same heating issues we feel with apple devices. but tensor should give more performance

Edit: Many people are saying I am comparing apple to pixel, no I am just saying if you are going to make that many compromises for a phone at that cost then why can't you make a compromise for a phone at half of its price?
bhai finally point by point explain kar rahe ho, nahi to kab ek point ko explain karte hue dusre me ghus jate the pata hi nahi chalta tha. cons batate hue pros explain kar dete the. but it is improved now.
I bought a pixel 8a and don't regret it at all, I got only 1 problem with the phone and that is Slow charging and it's even slower when you're using the phone.
Now here's what I've experienced with my pixel 8a ↓.
Network connection (mobile data):
I haven't seen any problem with this I can watch YT videos on 720p on mobile data inside my house (note: my house is shit for network range I would struggle with my older phone to even load 480p videos or even reels).
Feel in hand:
Even tho this is a plastic back the feel is very premium, that matte texture just makes it feel like it's metal
Heating: the phone does heat up but only initially when you just buy it it's like as if the phone is trying to get used to the way you use it, and tho this doesn't happen in other phones but here the heating gradually decreases day by day, on the first day it would get warm while watching YT videos, recording on 4K 60fps I even got a warning saying device is too hot while shooting from my window. Today I was playing codm on max graphics and the phone's temps were just normal. I even went out in the hot afternoon sun at like around 1:30-1:45 and recorded on 4k 60fps for 2 mins and still got no warning. It did heat up while recording and would feel that it heated alot but still there was no warning and kept on recording.
So here's my advice if you're thinking of getting this phone then go for it especially if you like clicking photos it's photos are almost on par with my brother's 15 pro. And is pretty good at gaming too

Where do you get out?
Purchased 8a on 9 april (pre sell) got at 38k with exchange and card offer , added pixel buds a at 999 rs. Phone has metal frame and it heats up lot as compared to front and back and you cannot keep it in hand for long time. Even little tasks like adding account to Instagram and banking app it heats up lot (in ac room). You cannot use phone without a case with thick plastic.
No fast charging (18 watt is slow charging in 2024)
Large bezels.
Camera is good but i didn't seen focusing in front camera , it blurs face some time.
Though camera is good you cannot use it because during shoot phone gets hotter and notification popup device is too hot some features are disabled and this is not for the long camera use , this happens when you click 5-6 photos.
And this happened in ac room not outside in sunshine.
I migrated from pixel 4a but nothing noticeable improvements besides battery backup.
Same bezels and all things.
Google is selling crap at higher price.
Motorola has recently launched good phones , mi 13 pro plus seems very good infront of this. Though Chinese but camera, charging speed, battery backup is awesome.
Heating issue and performance inconsistent and cost cutting main issue

Guys, all these heating connectivity issues r due to tensor being based on exynos 2300 while exynos 2400 is very stable which g4 will be based on so we can except these issues to not exist in pixel 9 series

Even as a #teampixel myself and a proud owner of #pixel6a I can't justify the price of this device at all like those bezels and not a telephoto in cameras is just not viable for the price but if you think about the company the AI features aren't cheap to develop and it's getting 7 yrs of Android update it takes around a million dollars to update a phone once (insight, not proved). I think you can justify the price that will become once it comes down.

People in India hate pixel for no reason tbh i don't see 18W charging slightly fat bezels a comparatively slow chip which can run all games on high settings with minor frame drops in only 2 games like warzone and genshin (somewhat from 60 to 45 or 40) a reason to hate this phone soo much

Iphone 15 has similar big side bezels & a wee bit faster charging yet no one complains but everybody goes gung ho on Pixel 8A😂.
The iphones are using the outdated notch design, have a 60 hz panel and also have heating issues. The base iphone 15 is priced at nearly 70k but nobody has a problem with that and even in photography pixel perform much better than iphones. I feel like the pixels are those smartphones that can go toe to toe with the iphones with software but people have a problem with the price of pixel 8a. The same thing happened in 2022 when pixel 6a came with a 60 hz panel and everybody complained but Apple does it in 2024 still people are ok with it. It is a hypocrisy I will never understand. Even about the charging people have problem with pixels but not with iphone that are also ridiculously slow with charging speeds.

Using pixel 7a from 9months no any issue ,no heating, no network issue, or display quality is better than any other brands or 18w charging is ok or camera picture & vedio quality is good 👍 or totally wrong information about 4k 60fps recording I record many times 25-30min recording heating issue only in starting after Android 14update all issues fixed

I am using Pixel 7 since more than 15 months. Build quality, user experience is too good. Sometimes things are beyond mere specifications. These so called experts just read out specifications.
PS: Singal, heating issues are real but not deal breaker on Pixels. Won't recommend 8a for any price beyond 35K

S23U camera quality is degraded by Samsung after the OneUi 6.1 update. Meri behen ka Nothing phone 2 clicks better photos than S23U after the update.
Please raise this issue to Samsung or please do a comparison. I'm saying this on behalf of many S23U users.
