I think he just felt it wasn't worth the money. Basically 3 gold for a 7/1 and like a 50/50 or whatever. It's often worth it because extra summons are super valuable against token boards, like high attack undead, but it depends on the matchup, if you're playing against (for example) Quillboar, it's only worth as much as the stats it provides, and 50/50 or 100/100 often isn't worth the gold.
Sir. If I might take part in conversation. I have often seen you play Nala menagerie and FAIL at it ruthlessly. If I might give a flash of insight, you are doing it wrong because I insist you choose the wrong lobbies to play it. Only in Naga lobbies is it viable and you MUST have brann/golden brann for it to work. Shell collectors are the source of your engine as well hitting chefs choice on random nagas to find more shell collectors. The build has gotten considerably weaker with silivus gone.. also you have zero econ when you use seafarer without a brann.. sir.. if am not being rude.. sire dog
I really like how this guy corrected a 14k former pro without even being rude or letting me, a reader, feel like it's rude and even learning from it. Keep up the lingo good sire!
As polite as it is, this is still just incredibly wrong and weird backseating. If you think it's only viable in naga lobbies, you're just not very good. Nala is pretty flexible if you have a trinket or any kind of generation to support it (seafarer, lass-o). If anything the main mistake dog makes is that he's too picky with tribes (xylo was fine to keep this game). Outside of ridiculous highroll/edge cases like the one you're mentioning, the way you usually play nala is you use it for free mid-game scaling by buying cheap spells or need to be able to find two nalas/another source of scaling (tour group, tethys, athissa). Even with double/golden nala, you still usually get outscaled by other tribes, so ideally you consolidate stats on the high quality units (bramble, cleave, DS) and replace the rest with scam units to win the lobby. Would recommend watching jeef, or other streamers who tend to be better at playing nala, instead of spreading these hyper-specific strats that would only work in 5k lobbies or if you highroll like crazy. It's a B-tier comp for a reason, and you shouldn't play it with the expectation that you can outscale other boards in the late game.
The moment where he sells an Atrocity saying he doesn't want to triple it with a Surprise and gets a Surprise literally a second later was pure gold.
What an incredible start, lol. 6 roll into one of the best 1 drops, followed immediately by a selly and a 2 gold minion spell, lol.
5:43 Tooltip still shows 2 gold.
enjoy the vid dog enjoyers also thank you for the vids editor ♥
What is that extension your using if you don’t mind me asking
He uses "Deck Tracker" I think it is called.
Did you avoid magnetizing the reborn onto your amalgams, esp the deathrattle one for a reason?

Anyone else notice there was no turn one fight? The video just automatically skipped to turn two?
Just play Snake Eyes and you too can skip turn 1!
