Try turning Bluetooth off if it's enabled. Happened to me many times. Many new gen controllers enable bluetooth by their own as an in-built feature. It should be off before starting the game.
Try it. If it works, then it's good or else u need to play without gamepad controller.

@@KARAN-qg1th यदि ब्लूटूथ अॉन है तो उसे बंद करने का प्रयास करें। मेरे साथ कई बार एैसा हुआ है। कई नए ज़मीने के कंट्रोलरो में इन-बिल्ट फीचर के रूप में ब्लूटूथ अपने आप ही अॉन हो जाती हैं। गेम शुरू करने से पहले इसे बंद कर देना चाहिए। इसे अजमाएं। यदि यह काम करता है, तो यह अच्छा है अन्यथा आपको गेमपैड कंट्रोलर के बिना खेलने की आवश्यकता है।
अब ठीक है भाई?😂

If u aren't leveled up like if u are on level 4-5, then u can RESET the game. The glitch would be fixed and there wouldn't be much loss to ur account.
