I kinda like that this series became "the building series". These are, for me at least, the best ones because I can "put it on background while I work" and look at it from time to time, and see how it's going!
That's what I used to do, until I realized, that I complete absolutely 0% of work, while the video is going on because I am such a sucker for some good minecraft building...
I definitely think that you should try adding stairs to the heart-shaped windows to emphasize their shape more and just make it a little bit more detailed. Specifically in the corners and where the top two middle blocks are! Regardless though, "OMG, thank you Skyes for putting in heart windows!"
I don’t know how he manages to do this but in almost all of his buildings he has a semi-futuristic look to it. Even in a more rustic palette like his main home in this series there still is a sense of grandeur that I can’t quite explain.
OUTSIDE KITCHEN EMPTY WALL - try railings from the Twilight Forest mod. They are a bit tricky to place (mind the direction you're looking if you want them to connect on corners) and you can right click with an axe to cycle between three shapes. They only come for vanilla and Twilight Forest tree types, sadly. Definitely make a goddamn sleeping bag and use it. That way you don't lose your spawn point whenever you sleep on the go. Get a woodcutter! Saves you a ton of blocks You can lead villagers with emerald blocks! There's tons of farmable light blocks in the End! Some even make slabs and they come in all sorts of colors Make yourself cincinasite forges, they smelt like 4 times faster than vanilla furnaces Cooking cauldrons can turn 6 pieces of rotten flesh into a piece of leather! Once you get into the end there's super tough enemies called End Warthogs. They drop shells, four of which can be turned into a netherite scrap. Renewable netherite! Once you get into the infusion mechanic in Better End, you can make yourself a set of armor and an elytra that actually gives you armor. Super nice to have. Also, there's tons of dungeons and structures in the modpack, though most are a bit hard to find. Keeping an eye on your map while you cave is a great way to see when there's some good stuff on the same elevation as you, several of the stuctures have maps you can find or buy off wandering traders, and if you're really struggling you can always resort to the /locate command. I don't think your viewers would be too upset about that. Also, for a color scheme, try gray and green next!
Green and pink go really well together, in case you're looking to break up the pink a little bit more. I think this modpack has Willow wood, that would be perfect. Loving this series!
Absolutely love the editing. I love everyone's editing, but especially this one, for one reason. I'm hearing impaired so I love seeing the subtitles on your videos. Unlike some other videos in the past, I haven't seen any major misspellings or completely incorrect words/ phrases than what's being said. It was off putting when I would hear something you said but read something completely different on screen. Thank you for putting in the extra work to make sure the subtitles were actually correct. That was amazing to see and makes a world of difference. Also, don't know why or what you could/ would use this color combo for, maybe try purple and orange? Seems like it could be interesting lol love the content! Everyone is awesome!
Skye please build the hammer for the trims. You can change the width of the trims from really thin to thick. Being thick they look like stairs. For example in a doorway I will make the top corner med or thick the center pillar small and the bottom pillar the same as the top. If you make the top corner thick the slab goes between two of them perfect. There so much you can do with them and would love to see it in your next video. ❤
You may not want to hear this, but white should probs go with the green for the barn. That way it ties with your other two buildings and creates more consistency even if each building has a different color scheme. They will look more united
For the barn, using a mix of stone bricks, bricks, and smooth quartz might be perfect for it! Use hay/ canvas rug/ lanterns/ and rope for decorations! And the farm, try using different wood for each food and use a sign to indicate which is which!
I've been waiting for this one to come back, absolutely one of my favorite of you're series, and as ever you and your new editor have done an amazing job on making this super fun and entertaining!!!!!
The carry on mod is different to the easy villagers mod and will use different keys to pick villagers up. The village guards count as mobs rather than villagers that's why you can pick them up. Check your keybinds. Awesome video 😊
A really simple but maybe effective way to fill up the space on the wall outside the kitchen could be using buttons it’s a small detail that wouldn’t distract you from the whole build but it’s a little something that could also add depth and not have that area so flat
OMGG I missed you lol. The new editor is *Chefs Kiss*. Also I really love the pink, it's a bright contrast to the brown in the house and animal pens, and the pink also looks pretty with the red and white bee building. Anywayss Loved the video (I always do ) Also I finally finished every single video you've ever posted on this channel :) (4 days later lol)
I have been binge watching all your episodes, starting with minecraft and I am obsessed! I am loving this series! keep up the great work. I have found a new favorite youtuber!
The inside of the new building is really giving me castle… could maybe dip into that more next episode?? Like stained glass windows, stone and such? Love this series
i'm going to say go with green and white for the barn or farms. i think it'd be a really good color combo with the rest of your awesome builds. also hello mr. fox! good job editing. i loved it:)
I LOVE the design. I'm normally screaming to add more green, but this pink is so cute! Thank you so much for the heart shaped windows, but you've got to hold up on your suggesting for a heart staircase. Also, an idea for another build would be a white and green house incorporated into a custom tree. Kind of like a Shrek's house after a makeover.
hey!! skyes as a suggestion for the future, why don't you at the end of the videos use a book and lectern to document what you did and future plans you have so when you make another video you can always look back
Absolutely loving Mr. Fox’s editing, the little comments nd emojis make it so funny!! Also loving that when you babble that it says exactly what you said, he’s doing great
@Skyes check if the mod's config file has a setting for max block amount to cut at once. You might be able to change the limit to be higher for big or connected trees.
Either Motschen’s Better Leaves or Xali’s will fill out a lot of space and make things look like it’s falling over the edge or wrap around things. Very lush. “Let’s Do ____ (Bakery, Vinery, Beach Party) “ has a lot of kitcheny decor.
love this 100 days format going forward! would love the colors for the farm and barn to compliment eachother, like they both have stone variants, and then you could mix up the wood by using birch for the barn, and maybe another yellow-ish/orange-ish wood, which would match with the hay. And then use the green wood variants for the farm. Looking forward to the series going forward!! another color combo could be purple/black, they would go great together and give a witchy vibe, maybe even with some green!
Loving this series and the energy between you and Mr Fox! A green, yellow and orange colour palette with the different wood options you have available could be cool for the farm and/or animal barn. Like that squiggly green and orange/yellow one or the solid green and I think there was a range of orange tones for woods or even the oak would still fit in, maybe in combo with those yellow blocks from the nether that you used in the bee hive floor as well? The orange would give a good palette to use shroom lights instead of glow stone too... And some terracotta and stone could be used in it too... plus the green, yellow and orange could give more nature vibes whilst still being in the style of the kitchen and bee hive build? Just some ideas, your videos have given me some inspiration and now I'm on a rambling thought train! I'm sure whatever you create will be awesome regardless and I'm looking forward to seeing it in the future! ❤
I thinking using cool colours for the next build would be pretty cool. So alot of greens, blues and purples. I think it'll be really interesting and different to your regular colour palette
OMG Skyes, thank you for putting in heart windows. No seriously, love your videos so much. ^^ Also for the color schemes, maybe stick to the white theme and go with green and white for the farm, then purple and white for the barn.
I absolutely love all of your builds and how much detail you put into the. The only downside is it took alot of time away from other stuff and you forgot to do the quests this episode lol.
17:23 I believe that a green and orange combination would work well. Also, you use regular terracotta and any coloured dye to craft coloured terracotta.
His buildings reminds me of Greek temples and I like that. I hope he does the same with the barn making like a temple that looks like a worshipping temple to a god of animals.
Okay. Love the vid, the editing/editor, and love the kitchen- it's so girly it made my ovaries hurt. Barn/farm... Personally I feel like green and blue make for a great mix, particularly for like fields and such. Barns should be red (main colour) and white/grey accents in my opinion, but I grew up in the country so I haz bias. Those crates from farmers delight? They're veggie storage/decoration. Think of them like blocks of coal, but for veggies. Each of them holds 9 of the veggies, so you can craft those on a crafting bench as well. So instead of having a stack of 64 carrots, you can have a stack of carrot crates (576 carrots in a stack). Also, if I remember right, you may want to kill animals with the knife you have tucked away in the cupboard. I believe that gives you different cuts for cooking. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
2:45 - "Mickey?" I already love the new editor 😂 I thought exactly the same thing! Welcome, Mr. Fox 🎉🦊 Edit: Skyes, stop bullying the newbie 😂 Edit2: You know, I'm okay with hearts here (even though I don't really like the insinuation that all girls love pink hearts and want them everywhere, and that you decided to make a *kitchen* with hearts - I find it a little sexist; no offence, it's strictly my opinion!), but personally, I would love to see some purely heart-themed building. Something like, Queen of hearts in cards? "Off with her head!" and all. Maybe not necessarily in this series and then you can use the red and white again 🙂 And it could be fitting to post some time in February 🤔😄 1:43:48 - I love those silly little jokes with word-playing 😌
Yellow and Brown colour scheme for the barn and Green colour scheme for the farm. There's also elevator mods. Keep up the extravagant work! I enjoy the content.
I can't remember if I left a comment on the previous episode but If I did I probably said to build with purple. I actually loved the first corner design of the kitchen! For the final version, I love the outside design. Not a big fan of the heart windows tho, or the floor. But overall, I love the kitchen. Silver, Black & Purple for a build? This world needs a spooky/dark build, maybe for the trading hall? Definitely need to use the lattice in a build, maybe viking inspired? I like the idea of green/moss theme for the farm and hay and wood for the barn. Great episode! PS: The new editor Mr. Fox is great!
Love the new editor and some little messages 😂 plus black and green would be good. You can use it a lot. Or maybe instead of green you can use blue and black. Would look amazing either way 😊
you should make the crop farm under the kitchen and the barn attached it with a staircase to the kitchen. also a classic barn look might be nice (Red, brown, white, and black.)
So for the cooking stuff with Farmers delight the basket you have that doesnt show the apples will catch the cooked food for you if you put them next to the skillet. The crates of food are actual food if you take them to a crafting table it'll give you 9. Kinda like how you can stack ores and Hay. Its one of my favorite mods lol.
You can increase the limit to the tree cutting mod, it's somewhere in the settings or config when the game's running. The only problem with increasing it is the amount of lag it can create depending on how big the tree is. I made my limit 500 and that was my computer's limit before things got weird
1:08:14 Outside kitchen wall area. why not trapdoors? They're thin and I bet there's some pretty cherry options. Also the floor reminds me of battenburg cake :D
Love your videos and love your jokes… You're my🥇number one favorite youtuber, keep making us amazing videos… And keep the new editor Fox he is 🔥… P.S. I think the next color combo should be Green, Yellow, Black and white for a farm area, storage area or a villagers trading hall…
SKYES! If you want to see what other blocks certain blocks can be made out of, just use the jei mod that u have installed. You can even search by color and find all blocks available in that color. Would help in going out and looking for certain things.
43:18 I think there is a specific wood working bench for the different wood block options, kinda like how there is the stonecutter (which is obviously for stone) jei should tell u what item it is u need to make
58:12 remove the shelves and use the wooden wall posts fences or whatever. The lip space from the planter boxes to the edge of the shelf just looks weird😅
1:10:28 I think u can use the diorite pillar trim (the connecting pieces to the pillar supports) upside down. So instead of using the slabs in between the two crossbeams, you could use the trim. Just an idea 1:11:35 also, if you have chisel and bits added, u could literally make your own small corner.
I think there's a theme going here, and personally I think you should keep going with the white and a different color theme like for the farms white and green would be nice since you've done white and red and white and pink🫡
I think you should use fence gates to block the water for the water elevator You should have one water elevator going down, connected to all of the floors if you do that
I love it how all of skye's editor's are being more idk if "pronounced" is the right word. Like they're even participating in the video idk I suck at explaining my thoughts so uh yeah also skyes ty for the content I love it
Please keep this up skyes! i love this series and honestly i can see some people being confused by the title, as it kind of makes it seem like this is the first in the series
For the empty kitchen wall. I am pretty sure you have the mod with the drains. Like you used in your eaft world. Please try those. So glad to see this world again. Mr Fox did an awesome edit job.
Hear me out love the ideas for the farm and barn but after you are done with those you should build a auto storage or just a big storage room under all the builds u have so they have a base instead of just floating buildings
Hey Skyes, absolutely love your videos but just a suggestion would you be able to build under some of the islands like another building just to save some space? And also you could build a house at the mining post.
FOR THE LEAD TO THE BOATS! You can put a chicken or some other small animal in a hole in a ground and attach a lead to them, then put it on a fencepost. TADA! Now it looks liek you have a roped up boat and sometimes the rope moves liek waves :3
100 days is better but it felt a little shorter than usual the barn maybe doing red and birch for coolers can't wait to watch you get cooking love the series want a lot more can't wait for the combo series to start and Mr Fox did great 👍
😂 I'm loving the new editor, super funny, and seems to work really well with you Skyes
Thanku very muchh 🫶🏻
@@MisterFoxzee hi
Can I be your friend
I'm glad this comment is here, because I agree
To compensate for all the pink heart stuff, the next build needs a massive skull shaped window
YES! And the main colours could be black and purple, with some white. Maybe the villager breader or the trading hall? 😁
YES I LOVE THAT@@skarletmikaelis8035

I put this on the background while I'm knitting - this way I don't have to worry that no work is done, because I'm just relaxing 😂
i put this on while i'm trying to sleep because its boring and uneventful but in good way.
I love the ideas and especially the design sense. I'll be... um... "inspired" by these... yes...

Next colour combo should be purple and red. You could use it for like a room for brewing if your ever gonna do that.
I agree with you they would really match with the other colors.
Well since it is almost Christmas maybe he should do blue and white or red and green

I agree

episode four and skyes has yet to make a shield. This editor is hilarious honestly
I thinking using cool colours for the next build would be pretty cool. So alot of greens, blues and purples. I think it'll be really interesting and different to your regular colour palette
Love the hearts for Windows! Also I am living for Fox's commentary. Also, the hearts are great as when you eat food, you regain hearts!
Skyes, the pay dirt is (if I remember correctly) something you can mine to get things like iron and gold. It’s sorta like panning for gold I think!

17:23 I believe that a green and orange combination would work well.
Also, you use regular terracotta and any coloured dye to craft coloured terracotta.
I believe the specific recipe is 8 terracotta (regular tan, like you said) surrounding one dye. Crafts 8 terracotta of the desired colour
@@Leonagraphy That is correct. Thank you for posting the recipe. Hopefully, bbnoSkyes will see it.

You should do a 200 day vault, hunter
Yes
i wish this series would continue!!!!!!!!! ik scary packs are in rn but comooonnnn better mc is so good even if you got the wrong version
I understand makeing the kitchen with heart and pink and love things-ish. food made with love is best after all!
Loving mr. fox’s edits and Loving the pink hearts for the kitchen and I think green, lime and Cyan could work nicely for the farm stuff!!!
“There’s bosses I can fight and I wanna do that” *proceeds to spend 50 days fighting himself over purple vs red colors.*
Same I also love the new editor
Skyes for the barn I think you should do green, brown, and white! I think it would be a good combination
Is L_Enders Cataclysm in this? If no, add it. The BOsses are frickin epic and perfect goals for the series.
For the barn should be the iconic red and brown color scheme with bricks too, and the farm should be greens and yellows color scheme
Love the new editor and some little messages 😂 plus black and green would be good. You can use it a lot. Or maybe instead of green you can use blue and black. Would look amazing either way 😊
You should try to do part of the farm like a greenhouse or something along those lines :)
You could also use those bamboo looking wood blocks for it.
you should make the crop farm under the kitchen and the barn attached it with a staircase to the kitchen. also a classic barn look might be nice (Red, brown, white, and black.)
Pink hearts are manly 👺👺👺 51:19

Making blue tarrcatta is easy take 8 regular tarrcatta place them in the crafting table in a chest formation then put a blue dye in the middle
1:08:14 Outside kitchen wall area. why not trapdoors? They're thin and I bet there's some pretty cherry options. Also the floor reminds me of battenburg cake :D
You should do a CHRISTMAS themed 100 days!
Love your videos and love your jokes…
You're my🥇number one favorite youtuber, keep making us amazing videos…
And keep the new editor Fox he is 🔥…
P.S.
I think the next color combo should be Green, Yellow, Black and white for a farm area, storage area or a villagers trading hall…
If you want to get rid of lines in your windows use the mod connected glass. I add it to every modpack to have seamless glass
SKYES! If you want to see what other blocks certain blocks can be made out of, just use the jei mod that u have installed. You can even search by color and find all blocks available in that color. Would help in going out and looking for certain things.
43:18 I think there is a specific wood working bench for the different wood block options, kinda like how there is the stonecutter (which is obviously for stone) jei should tell u what item it is u need to make
The outside kitchen empty wall area 1:08:11 the lattice!! Use the lattice!! 😊
Just an idea
1:11:35 also, if you have chisel and bits added, u could literally make your own small corner.
1:53:09 for the barn, use orange/blue/teal for the colors. And for the farm, maybe use the purple since u didn’t use it for the kitchen
YES BRO I WAS NEEDING A VID ❤❤🔥🔥🔥
I think there's a theme going here, and personally I think you should keep going with the white and a different color theme like for the farms white and green would be nice since you've done white and red and white and pink🫡
I think you should use fence gates to block the water for the water elevator
You should have one water elevator going down, connected to all of the floors if you do that
the king has posted✨✨✨
46:32 sea lanterns? they look beautiful in shaders but on the other hand, GOOD MORNING
I think next color combo should be like a dark green, purple, and bark blue! Would look really cool! ❤🎉
I love it how all of skye's editor's are being more idk if "pronounced" is the right word. Like they're even participating in the video idk I suck at explaining my thoughts
so uh yeah also skyes ty for the content I love it
So glad this is bad, this was my favorite series so far! Can't wait for more!
Please keep this up skyes! i love this series and honestly i can see some people being confused by the title, as it kind of makes it seem like this is the first in the series
Seeing this pink house makes my heart happy. 🥰
Please more of this and the hardcore world but with mods❤
For the empty kitchen wall. I am pretty sure you have the mod with the drains. Like you used in your eaft world. Please try those.
So glad to see this world again. Mr Fox did an awesome edit job.
I like that design for the base it looks amazing I enjoyed all the episodes
You should be using the storage terminal. You can access all your chests if they are linked up. One room, all storage, no auto sorting required.
I have a idea for the other build colour schemes: green and red, blue and orange, black and yellow.
100 days is better but it felt a little shorter than usual the barn maybe doing red and birch for coolers can't wait to watch you get cooking love the series want a lot more can't wait for the combo series to start and Mr Fox did great 👍
We love the heart size windows, and I think you should put the leaves with the heart-shaped windows, then the flowers
40:13 yes heart staircase
Should really continue this series i really enjoy it
if you find another better minecraft, could you make a modern house-like base? Im very excited to see 😅😁
Green and gold/yellowish colors feel like they’d go really well together for the barn
