That's because the Megan/Charity fight was a plot device to facilitate Megan's exit. It was never about vanity. Vanessa is clearly not upset at all.

@@soapyp456 My thoughts, as well. They needed something to facilitate Megan's exit and a row with Charity was it. And I don't think Vanessa is too upset, either. We'll see.
