I suggest that you make Edward because he's the number two engine and Thomas is the number one and he's the first one you made you should make the entire main cast in gauge 1 like this. Then going order make Edward then Henry then Gordon then James then Percy then Toby and Emily. And also make Annie and clarabel and the Troublesome Trucks the tankers the break vans. They're just so many characters and the rolling stock in this shape please please.
How did you get the coupling hooks, Can you give me a link? What material did you use to keep the wheels in place? What spray paints did you use? Can you give me the links for the shapeways stuff, Can you give me a 3D printer, Can you give me plastic, Can you give me the link of Thomas' number 1?
i hate to be that guy but your model is to big to be gauge 1 the wheels are g scale and the body is to long and and to wide to tall but is still model is awesome.
