It used to be 65 men and 60 women. You currently get a bus pass at 60 and you both are an age that you will get state pension at 67. Lynn will still qualify for a pension but at a reduced rate. If you both go onto government gateway site and setup and account you can get your pension forecasts of how much you will get based upon your national insurance contribution record.

My dad didn't get to 61 My mom got dementia in her 80s and this happened to the house that my dad worked so hard to buy. Its disgusting. And at the age of 57 ive got health problems now!

I was able to retire at 56 yrs. old that was 17 yrs. ago, (the company I was working for was downsizing and offered us a package that I could not refused ) I'm 83 and still going, playing golf, traveling, etc (and their paying me)..
Lynn my youngest brother birthday on the 1st, my 66th will be be on 2nd, and my mams will be 95th on the 5th June, men will get their pension on their 66th birthday, but have to wait till end of June to my first pension pay packet, my middle brother say he has to wait till 67
You both look great, probably because of your age. Some people look their best after 50. I detest the term "you look great for your age" as apposed to looking like an extra in the movie cocoon 😂😂😂 when I tell people my age, 31, they react like vampire's to sunlight. Mind you, said people are in their 20's. People in their 40's refuse to acknowledge my existence and the over 50's are all pissed on gin and whiskey 😂😂 I'm loving that! I was able to retire at 56 yrs. old that was 17 yrs. ago, (the company I was working for was downsizing and offered us a package that I could not refused ) I'm 83 and still going, playing golf, traveling, etc (and their paying me)..
That’s what we all need, to retire at an age you’ve got plenty of years left to enjoy, sounds like you’ve got the best deal

Lynn my youngest brother birthday on the 1st, my 66th will be be on 2nd, and my mams will be 95th on the 5th June, men will get their pension on their 66th birthday, but have to wait till end of June to my first pension pay packet, my middle brother say he has to wait till 67

You both look great, probably because of your age. Some people look their best after 50. I detest the term "you look great for your age" as apposed to looking like an extra in the movie cocoon 😂😂😂 when I tell people my age, 31, they react like vampire's to sunlight. Mind you, said people are in their 20's. People in their 40's refuse to acknowledge my existence and the over 50's are all pissed on gin and whiskey 😂😂 I'm loving that! Rob mate, Lynn is the beauty of the family, but you compliment her with your rugged and manly good looks.... I've no doubt woman world wide want to throw certain peices of clothing at you (think Tom Jones in concert) as you strut by looking like a character out of my nan's Mills and booms books.
