My salad dressing trick for the creamier ones is to cut it in half with water to make it spread better throughout the salad. If that is too aggressive to start with then just add 1 Tbsp of water to 2 Tbsp of dressing...it's all about the little tricks! Of course if you already do the dip your fork in the dressing first trick for each fork full then you're already on the right track! Good luck!!
