I’ve been dancing for a long time but I had to quit for a few years and my skills regressed. I’ve been working hard to get them back. This is an amazing dancer btw ❤

The dance is not just moves or acrobatic things, it's the feelings, it's how you show your emotions with it and I can see her light moves and creative work of cheography which could be done only by understanding lyrics and feeling the acustic. You're amazing
I am level 8 dancer(there are 8 levels of dance in my dance academia) and she dances absolutely beautiful for a beginner.I mean look at the emotion,movement and motion this whole piece itself is incredibly beautiful 😻 ❤

I confess I do not know enough about the technicality of dance to comment on technique, but to me this was quite lovely, graceful and beautiful and, as someone mentioned, elegant. If I may impart one small piece of unsolicited advice, always have the courtesy to nod/bow and acknowledge the judges. *_R_* 😎

Yes, this was her first solo. And the first time that I ever choreographed for someone else (I can't believe this video has over 1 million views). I've been lucky enough to work with her for two more seasons. I'll be uploading her solo from season (23/24) videos after nationals (July). Her solo from last year is linked at the end of this video. I can't believe how much she has grown as a person and as a dancer since this video. I hope you find a fantastic studio and take some summer classes. Even if you never take it to the competition stage like this, dance can teach us so much, more than just how to move and hold our bodies; dance teaches us about ourselves and allows us to express emotions in new ways; it's storytelling without speaking. I love being a dancer and choreographer.
