Bandipur National Park | Tiger Reserve l Wildlife spotting in the Safari | Elephant attack

Bandipur National Park and Tiger Reserve is located amidst the picturesque surroundings of the towering Western Ghats on the Mysore-Ooty highway in Karnataka. It is partly in Gundlupet taluk of Chamarajanagar District and partly in H.D.Kote and Nanjangud taluks of Mysuru District.
Bandipur National Park shares its boundary with 3 other National park namely Nagarahole National Park, Wayanad National Park and Mudumalai National park.
In the Bandipur Tiger Reserve safari one can spot Tigers, Indian Elephants, Leopard, Dhole, Sambar, Sloth bear, Chital and many more animals and Birds
We had booked the safari from the resort where they arranged pickup and drop to the safari point. We didn't manage to book Jeep Safari as the bookings were full. We took the bus safari and that was also great.
While coming back to safari drop area, on the main road we spotted an elephant pair one of the elephant was trying to attack the vehicles and chasing them. Managed to capture a glimpse of it.
