INSANE UBER RACE ACROSS LONDON: Bike vs Boat vs Car

- With Uber recently launching their Thames boat service, we wanted to find out the best method for getting across London. But in typical TPG UK fashion, we thought we'd make this investigation a little more exciting with a bike vs boat vs car race.
Jean took the electric Uber bike, Nicky took the new Uber boat service and Liam took the classic UberX car.

Meanwhile the Jubilee line would have taken only 11 minutes for £2.4
That's just the journey not door to door like they did. Have to include walk to Westminster station + making way to the Jubilee platform + waiting for the train. Also typical London bound to be some delay eg train held 'to regulate the service' (ie early) - God I HATE that one or slow running owing to train ahead. Always happens to me when I'm in a hurry across Town so bound to happen here.

Bike would have definitely won if Jean had known where he was going - He went a slower route, the C3 Cycle Path stretches the whole way from Westminster to Canary Wharf but he went off it twice!

clearly, the winner is bike 10 pounds cheap just 4 minutes late if we count the price of time it costs 8 ponds but still the winner is the bike if it's just about money and time and giving up comfort.
+ it helps the environment

If there is a £9.96 difference between bike and car, bike in my opinion is the best! The Bike is best for the environment, helps to get fit, £9.96 cheaper and not sitting in traffic in Central London. Plus, the bike only took 4 minutes extra. Is the extra £9.96 worth being 4 minutes quicker?

That jump bikes have been great in Berlin. Keeping you at 25 km/h and you can get to 30-35 km/h using your actual legs for boost times....

Why did Jean leave the bike path at Blackfriars to go up Ludgate Hill??? And then miss the road to the wharf at Westferry? Such obvious misses ...and I know Jean knows the wharf cos I see him there all the time! Fun fact no cycle route in to or on the wharf as CW is anti bike!

when did thames clippers become Uber? For me the boat wins everytime - takes longer but the air is nicer along the river - they sometimes do commuter boats that go direct.
