- The Tianti Mountain Grottoes, located in Dengshan Village, Zhonglu Township, Zhangyi Town, WuWei City, Gansu Province, is one of the earliest carved grottoes in China. It is hailed as the progenitor of grotto art and a representative of early Chinese grotto art. It holds a significant position in the history of Chinese Buddhism and is referred to as the "progenitor of grottoes" in academic circles.
