かにかくに」とは、「あれこれと」、「いろいろと」などといった意味の副詞。 毎年１１月８日には吉井勇を偲び、「かにかくに祭」が祇園甲部のお茶屋組合の行事として行われます。

is an adverb meaning "this and that" or "various things." Every year on November 8th, the Kanikakuni Festival is held as an event by the Gion Kobu teahouse association in memory of Isamu Yoshii.
