"Filler" episodes of Star are usually pretty watchable, and I think the secret is they break them up into two little A and B mini-episodes. Neither idea had enough material to fill up an entire episode, so rather than padding out the runtime with mediocre non-jokes like most shows would do, they just generated twice as many ideas and picked two to develop. They probably had a notebook full of wacky adventure concepts in the Writer's Room that never made it to air because they were less interesting than Star trying to find a hammer 🤣
I definitely think you would enjoy The Miraculous Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir. It's a computer animated show from France, but there is an English dub! It has a Sailor Moon feel to it
I'm super behind on Star vs. The Forces of Evil so I'm just going to like the video and have your video muted playing in the background while I work because I think you deserve the view even though my lazy butt hasn't caught up yet :p
About the deep down in the last video, for me it's not something sentimental like it came from the heart, it's more like it was activating the super sayan for the first time. In the case of Star was in desperation about the diary. Do not get it wrong, the show is cute with cute things but there will be some serious stuff in both the plot and character development.
