Anything hot such as a crumpet you just know it's going to get cold far before anyone gets to eat it. I really wished they tried sometimes to get a comparision snack going such as Wotsits vs Cheetos.
Disappointed with whoever organised these comparisons. Especially with how much Marmite was slathered on that bread. Crumpet looks like it’s just been taken out of the packet too.

Other things to take into consideration are the surrounding environment and how that will affect your appetite. In a hot warm country by the med sea I’d enjoy a fresh colourful dish far more than a warm HOME MADE fresh Shepards pie. My preference would be swapped if over in the UK and it’s cold overcast day. Not much can beat a cosey warm Shepards pie.

This is an earnest appeal for ladbible to serve marmite the proper way. ALWAYS butter the bread first. Then put a thin, inconsistent layer of marmite on top so it looks almost marbled in places, and a light brown in others. A thick black layer like that isn't an accurate presentation of how marmite should be consumed. It's like feeding someone a raw bulb of garlic with the skin on.
This was a bad batch of both UK and American snacks, but esp UK - it was done dirty! And judging by the accents in the background, there were Brits at the shoot. Are you not embarrassed with yourselves!? I've only given a thumbs up for Julia cause her reactions saved this disaster

Crumpets are the peak breakfast bread item when hot and served with butter. Each little tube in the crumb structure fills itself with a little butter and whatever else you top them with.
Maybe make her a real homemade shepherds or cottage pie instead of that microwaveable rubbish and she would be loving it immensely, also I have no idea who she is but maybe she needs copious amounts of butter on that crumpet to truly enjoy it’s delights
