Thank you sir! Its 2024 and why buy a new truck if my old one is still working lol...07 F150 AND youve got a new sub from me for being honest and useful. Thank God its people like you who like to water their grass and fertilize it instead of buying new every couple years.
Got an 04 F-150 that I put a Raptor grill on over the summer (thanks for that video, btw!) and am looking to upgrade the headlights this winter. These videos are a great help!
I have a 08 f150 with led head lights and fog lights. But when fog lights are on the high brams automatically turn on. Never had this problem with HIDs . Any idea?
I’ve experienced this too. I did the “Bambi mod” and it worked. The only problem now is that when you turn on the high beams when the fog lights are on, it doesn’t turn off the fog lights like it should. So when you want to switch to high beams on public roads, just turn off the fog lights when you switch to high beams, as it is illegal to have fog lights on with high beams at the same time.
I got a 2006 Ford F150 FX4 with fog lights. I can't run high beams with fog lamps on. The fog light switch will not engage ,will not pull out with brights on.
Yeah I just ordered a set of headlight bulbs, and fog light bulbs and I'm having the same problem. I turn on the lights and they go into high beam. When i turn on the fog lights, they adjust to low beam. Anyone know why that is? Is it maybe the lights I ordered?
Have 2007 Ford 150 problems check brake light comes on dash. Had inspection done brakes are good but check brake stills comes o n and off’ Keep up videos. It’s excellent information, thanks
The wires are getting loose for the brake light above the gauges under the plastic curved section. It isn't a sensor, it is the wires themselves and the board can't get full connection... hence it being on all the time.
LED lamps may come with zip ties. Using these will prevent wire fatigue and possible issues from harness wires vibrating over the life of the new LED lamps.
What did you tap into your headlight wires for ? At first I thought you may have done it to run aftermarket fog lights but it looks like the red and black wire runs back towards the battery. What are you powering only when your headlights are on? I could see doing that for fog lights but how the wires are run it looks like it could be for a hood mounted light bar or light pods but that doesn't seem right either because my 42" light bar on my Jeep is blinding to other drivers and the 4" square light pods I have installed on my zero turn and walk behind mowers would be like shining your high beams into oncoming traffic and make anyone in front of you adjust their rear view mirror so they aren't being blinded. So I gotta know what are you powering off of your head lights?
These LED light plugged Directly into the factory wiring harness as the stock halogen lights did. I did have to to tap into anything to install these LED lights. I did eventually install a raptor grille and for those LEDs I did tap into other wires
Love it! I've been so impressed with how much better the visibility is at night. I didn't think I had crappy lights till I upgraded to LED's and now I know I'll never not use LED's haha
Just installed these today using your link not sure if the led are supposed to sit horizontal or vertical (Horizontal: -) (vertical: |) I have them both laying horizontal in the headlight casing
Mike, if you go to LASFIT site, use the link above there are installation pics. But the "paddle" the flat part of the housing should be up and down or vertical with the widest part of the "paddle" facing up. The LED should be more to the ground with the larger space top side up. www.lasfit.com/products/h13-9008-led-headlight-high-beam-la-series
Good video. Have you noticed any interference with your radio when the LEDs are on? I have heard that noise interference and killing the FM stations might happen with LEDs.
Andrew, so now how do you adjust the lights? I just purchased a 2007 F150 & the previous owner installed LED, but they are blinding other drivers. Can you help me here? Thanks!
Hey Rick, there's a channel out there that makes a great video on how to do exactly this. Here is the video - th-cam.com/video/iRYAREjGt8I/w-d-xo.html He's got a few more subscribers than I do ;) haha!
Alguien sabe porque cuando pongo las luces de neblina se ponen las otras en altas.. y vuelvo a poner las originales y no pasa eso? Alguien ke me puede ayudar..
Hey Andrew. Curious about these lights. I am going to upgrade mine on a 05 f150. How are they holding up? Would you have preferred a different type? Thank you sir!
They were excellent lights. Never had any issues with them, just be preapred to get flashed by oncoming traffic from time to time haha these things are BRIGHT
Hey man! Funny enough, I just got done installing these bulbs on my brand new F150. Yes, they are awesome. Compared to the stock bulbs it is a night and day difference haha I will say I have no experience with any other LED company, these were the first ones I used and they worked great so I stuck with them!
No problem Jacob! I will be making another video showing and talking about the differences between halogen and LED bulbs next week and you guys will see a night test between the stock halogen light bulbs and the new LED ones that I just installed :)
Bought these lights.....here's my issue....#1switchback fog lights should have a memory, when I shut the lights or truck off they should come on the same color they went off. #2 When you turn your brights on, the fog lights turn off (standard), when the dims are back on the fog lights change color. (this is just stupid) #3 when I turn the fog lights on my high beam indicator glows very dimly. When the high beams are on it glows normal. LASTFIT engineering department has some work to do.
Hi Andrew, I really enjoy your vids and very educational. It does inspire me to do things on my own. My question is: I have a 2008 F150 and I don’t have an engine light come on but the Fuel Pump relay was bad. Since then I replaced it with another EOM relay and I afraid it’s starting again. Cranks but doesn’t start. Do you what it might be?
Thank you for the kind words! I am sorry to hear about your truck, I am not sure what the problem would be. I am not sure if he has made a video about it, but there is a FANTASTIC TH-camr called Ford Tech Makuloco and he knows everything there is to know about our trucks and their issues. Hopefully he has either made a video about that problem already or he can answer your question through the comments!
Yes, just tried it because I've been looking for an upgrade on the headlights. I used your link which still works but the discount expired, no biggie. Congrats on the new truck.
those lights do not work in the Ford F-150, the Ford uses H13 but high and low light, that bulb is low only and is for Dodge Ram, in the specifications it says in the seller
Hey Randy! In short, LED's use a light producing diode, while halogens use a glowing filament and heated glass. Heat is counterproductive to an LED light so some companies install fans (active cooling system) and other use the natural air flow produced by driving (passive cooling) with their products. Both active and passively cooled LED's do run cooler than halogen lights. Hope that helps!
Yeahhh that one on me. This was early in my TH-cam career haha I completely spaced and forgot to include a before and after or comparison shot of the lights. Live and learn lol!!

Haha! Welcome to the channel 😎
I am about to change from stock bulbs on my 04 f150. This really helps. Thank you
No problem brotha!
How do you realign the beam on this light? Thanks 😊
Never showed what they looked like with lights on.
How hard would it have been to wait until dark and finish that way.
Got an 04 F-150 that I put a Raptor grill on over the summer (thanks for that video, btw!) and am looking to upgrade the headlights this winter. These videos are a great help!
Glad I could help!
A lot of suggestives in this one Lolol:
Jus stick the tip in,
Wiggle and jiggle
Pull out
haha
LOL! I kept realizing that all the instructions I was giving seemed to have a double meaning.

Do your high beams come on when you turn on the fog lights. I’ve seen complaints about this from other LED installations.
My truck does not have fog lights, sorry!
I got a 2006 Ford F150 FX4 with fog lights. I can't run high beams with fog lamps on. The fog light switch will not engage ,will not pull out with brights on.
I’m having this issue with some LED lights I just installed. Whenever fogs are on the high beams are on .
same problem here

Going to switch over to the Lasfit bulbs, may I ask exactly which type of led bulbs did you order for your truck so I can get the right ones for mine?
i appreciate your honesty at the end

I'm gonna guess that it's to power the yellow LED's for the Raptor Grille
These LED light plugged Directly into the factory wiring harness as the stock halogen lights did. I did have to to tap into anything to install these LED lights. I did eventually install a raptor grille and for those LEDs I did tap into other wires

I put beamtech led headlights in my 2004 Ford F-150 and my drl mode won’t even work now.
Can u suggest seat covers that will fit for my 07 f150 xlt
Do you have to tuck in the excess wiring anywhere?
Thanks bro my 2007 yellow light are faded when I'm on the road I feel like using a flashlight instead. But not anymore thank you again.
Happy to help!

Getting an intermittent buzzing sound in my dash since installing these in my 07 F150
Inside your dashboard?
Did you leave the old red ring or take it out
We led in brothers truck he says they do not shine very far help
So what about adjustment ??? On high and low beams
you dont need to do the resistors for the headlights light you would for the signal lights right?
Are you talking about to avoid the hyper blinking? If so, yeah you would use them in the turn signals and not the headlights
Good video. Have you noticed any interference with your radio when the LEDs are on? I have heard that noise interference and killing the FM stations might happen with LEDs.
Thank you! No, I have never experienced any issues like that at all.
Do the hi beams work?
installed .. Why is my high beams low and my low beams are the high? its like totally backwards now ..
They're backwards? Lol I have not heard of that one. Definitely hit up LASFIT, that does not sound right at all
@@AndrewDoesLife
let me clarify what I said .. Only have high beams
Are they highs and lows or just lows?
Nice video. Was this high or low beams? Also do they give a blue tint to everything at night?

Andrew Does Life thank you brother, looking forward to picking some up then!
powerwh33ls love it!
Did you have to realign anything or was it ready to go? I installed some on my 2011 and I keep hearing about doing it
I did have to tweak them a little bit, but its very easy to adjust the headlights in the 2006
Andrew Does Life how’d u do it
The headlights have small tabs/screws that’s just the bean by tightening them or loosening thrm
Is that stock headlight encasements?
Technically aftermarket, but it was just a stock housing with black inside to look cool lol clear lenses
Not to be rude but I forgot about this Channel but I'll catch up on the vids I missed sorry for not keeping up
It's all good my man! Hit that bell so you get notified when I upload if it helps :) and welcome back! haha
Appreciate the review and install man. Was waiting for you to do this before I bought anything from them👍🏼
Can you do a test at night for us?

Hey man what about the resistor?
What do you mean
For the lights wont flicker
Yoger Tube my truck does not have fog lights
Whats the legal lumen for headlights
Can we get a night view of the lights? Thanks brother
Hey Dave, it's been awhile but I believe I showed a before and after clip in a later video
Changing to LASFIT bulbs. Your code does not work though.
Are these American made?
Hey Nick, no, these products say "made in China" on the box. The company is out of California though if that helps!
and product shipping to mexico?
You'll have to check their website for that.
Bought these lights.....here's my issue....#1switchback fog lights should have a memory, when I shut the lights or truck off they should come on the same color they went off. #2 When you turn your brights on, the fog lights turn off (standard), when the dims are back on the fog lights change color. But if the bulb goes out you will have to order and wait a week to drive the truck or put the old ones back in until the bulbs come in the mail
Not necessarily, just keep the stock halogens and swap them worst case scenario!
@AndrewDoesLife gotcha good looking out I really enjoy your videos and your very helpfull... do you have videos on the clusters on the f150
@BryantJohnson-hf5gy thank you! Are you talking about the red e brake like on the gauge cluster? If so, I did make a video on how to fix it!
@AndrewDoesLife yes that is helpful as well I will check it out... I'm wanting to replace all the lights in the cluster but don't know sizes
Hey man does ur motor have any noise in it
What do you mean?
Mine has like a rattleling sound on it
What color is your truck? looks too light to be true blue and too dark to be wedgewood lol
It’s true blue 👍🏻
This company doesn’t ship to Canada do they? Love your videos btw!
Hmm that I am not sure about. Thanks Charles!

They are just the normal lights with the high and low setting

I don't see anything about hi and low beams....
