@@Mishro22 even on tour he doesn't rap over his song its straight instrumental. Kendrick modifies his song during live performances to often to really have the actual song playing

9/21/2024 Just discovered this performance after he caused his competitors to be upset about him being picked to HEADLINE the SUPER BOWL 2025! I know all the words!
See, the real ones recognize that Kendrick is a GOAT...the media and the press and the critics just hyping this young brother up so they can try to break him down later. I'm pretty sure Kendrick knows that shit too....just like me and you, he's seen it happen to many times to be naïve to it. Hence the lyrics on "Mortal Man"...keep on rockin in the free world brother✊🏿
If you're gonna talk about the beef, go back where you came. This is only to experience Kendrick's brilliance, not to associate it with someone like Drake.
Man I swear there used to be a full recording of his performance with the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy center. I think I favorited it but it got deleted or the persons account got suspended. They may have had it in parts but every part connected and it sounded great! The cam they recorded with picked up his performance real well too. But yeah his Kunta Groove sessions and the Kennedy center showcased some of his best performances, especially for his best album ever. Definitely needs to be on dvd/blu-Ray.
I was there, the vibe was crazy.. this concert felt so special and legendary at the same time, I've been to many many concerts in my life but this was by far the best concert ever
I was part of the audio crew for this tour ( and the DAMN. tour). And I can confidently say, this is the best show of the whole time I was with K Dot. That night was magical.
@@michaelpollard1735 Wow, you must have had such an amazing experience on each tour. I didn't expect to see a predominantly white audience. Does Kendrick usually have more African Americans in the audience ?
he mentioned that he would only be performing TPAB on the given tour. He wanted that tour to have a live band and all so following tours wont be able to carry all that. I do hope that he does bring a throwback tour eventually.

I discovered kendrick lamar when i was 12. His music was all over my first phone. Im 20 now and everytime i listen to his songs, it takes me back to my childhood, our life back in the old apartment cos i always put his songs on blast, memorizing all the lyrics. i did not understand what it meant since its not my first language but as i grow older, i learned to understand so he taught me a lot of things. I dream about rapping with him onstage, since ive seen videos of him bringing fans onstage who are mostly girls, and im a girl, so that gave me a bit of hope. but its impossible for him to perform in our country I think he went here once and that was waaay back 2014. also, i probably wont have any money for a ticket. Its okay if that doesn't happen though, just hearing his songs keeps me alive.
Same bro I discovered him when my teammate played this album on our way to a tournament. I didnt like rap because of a preconceived image I had of it but I listened to this actually made me very uncomfortable. But a year later my junior year I went back to it and listened to this every day.
Man, this type of energy brings tears to my eyes. He's full of passion and love, man..... I'm kinda speechless. Kendrick you have really inspired me to feel my own heart, and hope that something fruitful with come out of the hardship that we go through. Much love, brudda.
