*Amazing that you took the whole bed off only to sand it down, clean it and paint it.* Especially on those filp cars it's not a common thing to do. It's the proper and right way but a lot more hassle. _Keep up the proper work mike!_

Thanks Mike!! Love the channel. Everything you have done so far is what I used to do. Brings back memories of the cars I have done. Wish I had documented my projects more when I was Gung Ho and into that work. I still do some projects, but mainly lawnmowers and small engines do to a lack of space. Keep up the great content. I am hoping you and Randy get together with him doing the mechanical repairs and you the body work and sales. Seems like a great next step for you two !!

*I was wondering when you were ever going to upload another video, been a while. Still having internet woe's i guess. Nice that the starter was just a loose nut like that. dang that bed wiring was slam full of dust and dirt. is that common? i drive mostly GM products i seldom have to do any major work like this on them. i need to do this with my dodge too. can't any of these manufacturers paint worth a damn any more. i would have to do the whole patch putty thing on mine too because i was practicing shooting my .380 pocket pistol to stay sharp and got a stark reminder of the Ricochet effect by getting a dent right in the bed of my truck from it. didn't punch through because it bounced off of a couple things before hitting the truck and lost a lot of momentum so it just left a deep dent and blew the paint off down to the sealer but the rest of the truck the clear coat is coming off like the hood 3 places, the tops of both front fenders the whole roof and both of the rear fenders over the wheel **wells.so** pretty much the spots on top that the sun hits the hardest. DAMN i'd have been as nervous as a cat on a hot tin roof taking that glass out. one good slip of that tool and uo're shopping for a new window. maybe not a big deal for you if you've done them before but sketch as hell for me being a total newb to that sort of thing*

A suggestion for a future no-start starter that just 'clicks' - from an EX-AAA tow truck roadside service driver. Hit the starter with a hammer. Sometimes the bendix will stick and you can get one more start out of the starter to move the vehicle to a shop or wherever. As you discovered, though, loose connections often are the reason. Keep the great vids coming!

Given that frame a good power washing, along with the rest of the truck is first class.. I whish a lot of other builders would give their undercarriage a good washing or sand blasting and rust coat it to make it last longer.. Not just doing the top.. JMOP.

great job, BTW, the correct bit for the bed bolts is a Torx "Plus" 50, you can sometimes get away with a regular torx, but you run a real risk of stripping out the bolt head or the bit itself..
