As a HUGE fan of ONE I was so happy to see this interview. Their Muay Thai product is easily one of the most entertaining things I’ve EVER seen right up there with high level mma for me 🤷🏻♂️ hope to see more ONE fighters in the future!
@@bl-nb8fo it’s legit the most entertaining and the highest level striking in the planet full stop. Using MMA gloves was the best thing ever to happen to the sport. Everybody who complains about it legit has zero good reasons for why it’s bad, go cry buddy the product speaks for itself 🤷🏻♂️☺️😘
Eddies analogy of having a crush on a girl and seeing her in everything was super cool, you can live your life looking through any kind of lens if you love it enough
Yeah, is really is the coolest thing. Andrew Huberman Explains that our brains Adapt to learn better Towards the things that we love. Our cones of sensory receptors narrow almost like tunnel vision and the brain starts pumping these chemicals that help us hyper focus. That’s why when the person you’re crushing on is nearby you’re hyper aware. And dude feels that way about fighting.
I'm not going to lie this is the first episode I watch from beggining to end. This was real fun to watch and insightful. It definitely motivated me to get off the couch and go run 3 miles. Keep up the good work I've been watch y'all for a while now and the growth is great. Also on a side note I got the exact same running shoes as David even the color lol the Asics Gel Nimbus 25!
this is the first channel that make muay thai is fun to watch. funny chat, deep analysis. BTW there is a thing that never show in a written rule, it is PROPER FIGHT, FIGHT WITH STYLE. that is what in orthodox referee mind. -------- sharp, less miss, less thrown down to the floor, can make opponent look like a newbie
39:12 Nick, Thailand is within the top 10 most boxing champions producing countries. Especially in the past, Thais were very good at boxing. In the golden era, there were as roughly as much boxing fights at Lumpinee stadium as there were muay thai
Get my coach Nam Phan on here! He’s got all kinds of stories from the UFC to crazies coming to the academy trying to dojo storm and plenty of weird interactions with other fighters😂
Subbed, liked, commented, and shared I'm gonna have to catch up on ONE FC 😅 E: Fil-Am fighters yoooo! In the Philippines, Hajime no Ippo is called Knockout! yeah it has the exclamation point.
My boy ED! We trained at that taekwondo gym he talked about, Soring Eagles in Vallejo! I remember Ed and me sparring one time and I caught a right hook by him and he rocked my shit! I had to pause for a second because I was seeing stars. 😂
26:23 The prestigious Lumpinee stadium circuit you're thinking of is dead. It was already dying for years. This is just a ONE event AT Lumpinee. This is not the same thing as fighting for the Lumpinee belt.

ONE muay thai and kickboxing is quality striking for sure
ONE muay thai is the junk food version of muay thai. Even worse than RWS.What are you talking about

@@AustinSamson1999 Casual take
@@bl-nb8fo i get your perspective compared to stadium mt, but it's still sufficiently good and better than the striking that I see in the ufc.
