I can't even get her since I don't even have garnets to use on that gacha, they should have just unlock it by gold
other method: get 100 skull and craft Kooh's outfit or beat her on Special Challenge 1 time

..... I just got 10 of her medals doing her special war quest it only took 2 runs I think? you can also get 10 medals in pvp the same way you'd get Lolos

getting 10 kooh stamps without Kooh doesn't unlock her, she can only be unlocked if you get an outfit of her, defeat her on Special Challenge, buy the Kooh Package, and the last one that I forgot, I played pvp so many times to get Kooh stamps and then I realized it didn't unlock her so I stick with defeating her on the special challenge and I unlocked her

Check your app store or google play. They just launched in the Philippines so maybe it’s available in other parts of Asia. Not sure with the rest of the world though.
