Psychology did become more evil than not from late 50s on and today they have fulfilled the prophecy of the future by Edith Stein that the potential for abuse of Psychology was enormous. What is so remarkable about this is that she was not even referring to her own situation being persecuted by Nazis in the 1930s. She was pointing to the future when all this manipulation of Psychology to be used for torture methods would be realized as it has today.
