Mid 90s grant every time. This version here is bulkier but cheesy and has no real edge. 90s was a true psychopath. When he takes on like 5 police officers. Would be tasered if it was modern day.

I always found it strange that Johnny Allen was supposed to be a really powerful gangster yet he enlisted Jake and Danny as his 2 top and entrusted enforces. Before Johnny came along they were just a bit dodgy if I remember rightly, definitely small time crooks if anything. Johnny was supposed to have serious muscle and killers at the push of a button, so why did those 2 get in so close with him?
When Andy was demoted from the firm he still had heavies at the bookies and called in others (like when minty was beaten up). Johnny millionaire top gangster only had Alfie Moons cousins!
