This is good for an small area as shown on the video, not if you are going to wax 10,000 sq ft per night, you still use the same system but need the mop bucket with spigot on the bottom

when my custodian and I apply finish, on the hallway, he's on one side, and I'm on the other side pouring a bead of finish about 12 to 15 feet. Then with the microfiber pad, we out line the sides start backing up moving kind of fast moving backwards keeping it wet.

What is your opinion on using floor fans facing upwards to dry the finish? Is forcing the dry time going to dull out the finish? I did a hall one night and payed four coats. The finish came out dull and after two days I buffed it but the shine was not as shiny as I thought it would be. I remember using another finish and it was like glass

Lisa Macaulay not sure what kind of finish but it’s in a nursing home hallway. We give about 15min between coats to dry

Yes you can. I apply floor finish this way, just remember to keep a wet edge.
