  • The western half of Saudi Arabia is quite different from the western part. There are a lot less mountains and a lot more sand. But there is also one of the most fascinating places in this country - the largest oasis in the world.
Let me introduce you to the Al Ahsa Oasis. And when you climb some mountain in the area and look around, it is truly enormous (which we did, but let's not get ahead of ourselves). Let me take you to this magnificent green sea and explore one of the oldest continuesly populated area in Saudi Arabia.
We will visit the Ibrahim palace, Jawatha Mosque which remind us of Al-Ahsa's long history and I will take you to the mountain of Al-Qarah, where we'll take a look at some stunning large caves as well as try to climb to the very top to get some perspective.
And in the end we will visit a traditional local souk.
    So let's go

6:40 the tallest peak you pointed at was in Yemen not Saudi Arabia. Please do not misinform your viewers. The tallest peak in the Arabian peninsula and most fertile is the beautiful country of Yemen.

    Very funny. 😂😂
In Saudi Arabia, we have many stores that sell sunglasses from international and local brands as well, and you can buy them from anywhere.

@@LexUniverse We have sunny weather for a long time, so we definitely need sunglasses. They are available in many places, malls and stores on the road, also in the supermarket 😅 Also, welcome back to Saudi Arabia.
