She would have been had she not messed around with indie stuff and found a half-decent writer. Felicity was abysmal and she made that watchable. That show fell apart the second she left it. Keri Russell is about the worst actress I've ever seen, and Scott "Whiskey Cavalier" Foley is the worst actor. I'm sure whenever Julie needed to cry on cue on Felicity Amy used the writing and her no-talent castmates as motivation.
This was beautifully acted with an amazing message. You look great Amy Jo :)

Really liked & enjoyed this, covers an important issue in body shaming but in a way not many of us would think of as when people say body shaming you think weight & shape. If you act & do activities that make you happy & feel young then that'll make you feel young at heart, something we should all strive for as feeling good has a positive effect on you

Great film with a great message. As always, Amy Jo Johnson is great. Hats off to one of my fav "bad guy" actors too (here, he plays the surgeon), Enrico Colantoni, who impressed me since I first saw him on PoI.
I have Cerebral Palsy, a mild mental disability and several areas of my skin is covered with a skin condition. I find that all my disabilities and other difficulties have only made me stronger, and I have done SO much in my 32 years either despite or with my disabilities. My flaws have truly become some of the best parts of me :).
I turned 40 today. This made me feel so much better. Thank you.

Amy, you're beautiful in whatever season, when you are and just how you are even now. I love how you tossed that "Plastic Surgery" flyer in the trash and embraced who and what you are-- much more than age or the lines on your face define your beauty of personhood to your husband, your daughter, and all of your loved ones! Embracing who you are right now helps one to appreciate what was then and all the way until the present! To me and my son, you and Thuy will always be the original beauties of the MMPRs and so much more transcending that era!
Oh yeah! BTW, awesome film short! I'm going to use it to make my wife's day!!!!! You are a first class act! Don't ever allow the superficial greedy pursuits of a plastic surgeon to get you down! They only see dollar signs on people's faces and think of people as Golden Geese from the moment one first opens a wallet to them! She looks amazing she will always be the prettiest pink ranger. Glad she did not change her looks that doctor was a jerk. At first, she was kind of bummed about her age, but once she went home to her daughter and the love she made the face of you know I am doing right setting a good example for her. My daughter loves me and I am being the best mom I can be then that is all I need.
Enrico cracked me up. I couldn't help but think of him in the Star Trek parody movie,... he looked like an alien with all that botox, (which was Amy's point I'm sure), lol.
Amy Jo Johnson is aging like fine wine. She looks good my mom once told me the best way to look young when you are older is to embrace it and it won't bother you. The key is if you love yourself then you will always feel good about yourself no matter what age.

You look like 25 or 30 years old :) Idk what it is, but I feel sad to see life and people like yourself growing up so fast. And for what I learn the moral of the story in this, is that I live and learn and change to look up and enjoy the world.

This was wonderful. Amy is a badass actress... the loudest things this character said were when she wasn't speaking at all. To communicate all that struggle through expression alone is outstanding. Such a needed social commentary done in such a creative and powerful way. Kudos to all involved! Hope to see more short films like this in the future.

Omg this is my first time checking out her short films and I'm blown away! Her works give you such emotional feels! And that sing at the end was sang by herself?? She sings so beautifully I can't! I really hope she does a short film with JDF someday where they could be playing long lost lovers reuniting or something and it could have all those bittersweet vibes and all.
