mam thank you for uploading this, it was very clear abd exaustive... one question - regarding the limitation there is already a "specific Act" for that which provides the limitation period of everything. isnt sec 148 is violating the "legislative thought"?

There is a difference between the limitation contemplated under CPC and the limitation Act. Shall be shortly posting a specific video on that! Please continue watching and do like and share!
