As a former line cook working back of house , servers / waiters make more then back of house most times and a day or so less...but the few times customers come in and the apps or drinks are amazing they'll ask how many cooks we have working and dishwashers.... and maybe send a $20 back to split it definitely makes us feel better for sure ! Few bucks makes the a difference!!

The kids urinal is the #1 option all day. Less splash back and it’s always at the end, no chance of getting caught in the middle.

I subscribe to a monthly drink subscription at a popular fast casual eatery so I get free daily coffees, teas and sodas. I order on the app a couple times a week and I never tip because I have to fill my own drink and I'm not going to tip extra for someone to hand me an empty cup.

I’ve never thought about what urinal to use. 99% of the time my mind is empty. I could end up at any urinal or even a stall. I like to relax my brain when there’s no need to use it.

My bone is…. Ordering Uber Eats and the driver can’t find your apartment, or wants you to meet them downstairs. The whole point of ordering in, is cause I’m being lazy and I don’t want to leave my home!
In the courthouse I was working in controllers office. Fellow auditor stopped in to the mens room when I was there and gave the alotted space. I tend to lean so ya dont see anything and he SAID TO ME "Wow you really suck in to the urinal." And later in my tenure he did as well. As an addition, DONT TALK TO ME ABOUT MY URINAL TECHNIQUE SO YOU DONT SEE MY WIENER. He claimed to be straight but it was all too obvious he wanted to be free.

43:44 Mike layin' down the facts! 100% the major corps are taking advantage of customers and employees alike by influencing the tipping culture for coffee and putting part of the burden of fair wages on the customer.
I've got a mini bone- saying big tipping all the time is Italian or Sicilian blood. While it might be huge in ital-americano culture, it is the quite the opposite in Sicily and Italy. There is virtually no tipping here! Maybe a euro or two at the restaurant for absolutely exceptional service, but even that's pretty rare. Tipping, especially to excess, is a pretty American thing. By the way, if you're an American visiting Italy, they will ask for tips only because you're American. They do not ask Italians.
That being said, the busta, or envelope of cash at a wedding or baptism is definitely in the OG culture. You gotta set up a savings account here so you're ready when you're invited to a function like that!
