I love the idea of speedrunning a "real" experience (by that I mean in person and not a video game) that can leave you either dead or as a husk of what you once were.
the "perfect backrooms speedrun" would be to have this happen, run torwards the sunset, manipulate "RNG" to get an easy checklist, probably something like "stare at the wall" 5 times, then finish the manipulated checklist.
Imagine that insane amount of joy a person would be feeling that after years of spending time wandering the Backrooms ends up here, finding out here lays the REAL exit and then by extreme luck successfully being able to complete all the tasks with the glass doors opening up, thus being able to walk back into reality. I think I would literally cry myself just because of the hard felt experience I had to endure and want to forget it all ever happened. Yet there's also of course the chance of failure
Some people who can't make it to that level would have been condemned to stay in the Backrooms forever already, so at least people like you would have a chance
I would prolly think even if I get out I would not trust the system. like I would question myself is this really real? What if this is just another level? But more detail?
You would cry yourself. If the backrooms were real and you survived up to that point, years of torment, suffering, loosing people, having to feel some of most gruesome pain, also psychology pain of knowing you mostly like will never see someone from your last life ever again, and seeing entities that should have never even been given the right to be even thought of. You would probably feel the greatest relief a person would ever feel in human history.
Well that means the most comfortable route is to complete the backrooms normally up to level 3, pass out in a car and get to level 69, drive around you car a bit, enter a tunnel to level 11, and now the hardest part begins, to find a purple wall and get to level 3999, from which you can escape. NICE
I know that this isn't official, but I thought it was interesting. I've heard people say that, if AT THE MOMENT you appear in the backrooms, and you don't move, you stay exactlly where you "spawned" and trie to no-clip through the floor of the EXACT place you spawned, there's a chance that you would go back to reality. But this method is invalidated as soon as you move. I read this method on a comment in a random video about the backrooms and while talking to someone about it too. But then again, this isn't official, but I thought it was interesting

I remember reading about this level on the wiki and just reading the passage made me feel instantly comforted. This level is so close to being a second home in the backrooms
Bruh that happened to me I'm on my 3rd round 😰 If youre ever in an area that looks abandoned, old, creepy, etc just feels off and stale, youre more likely to accidentally clip in to the backrooms from there. Don't make quick jerky movements and especially dont turn your head too fast in those places, or you might clip out of reality
Really liked the sound and look of this level! Excellent level description! I don't think I will be brave enough to take on that checklist. Knowing my luck, I would most likely be given impossible tasks and then I am screwed!
Although I think it's interesting to see peoples idea on how to leave the backrooms, I personally like the idea of you landing there and being trapped forever more. It gives it a much more creepy feeling, which is good, since the entity concept and everything makes it more dangerous, that creepy or uncanny. That's just my opinion though :)

@@Und3rcov3r I feel like there should be a exit but to reach it it has to be a nice ludicrously hard challenge like fighting 1000 entity’s and if they touch you you get sent back to level 11 something like that where only the most highly skilled people get through and live I think that would be the only acceptable ending
I just remembered a dream I had way back in the 90s, in this dream I was trapped in a thrift store with glass doors just like the ones in this level, the floor was green shag carpet, I dont remember what the walls looked like though I believe they were a light yellow or brown color, there was these tables lined up through the whole store each one piled with random stuff and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't exit the place.
this is great. I love it, and the wikia website isn't that bad (I don't trust some of the wikidot moderators, due to them deleting the old level 42 and level 215). If you don't know what they were, level 42 was a room with no escape and level 215 was the frontrooms in a constant state of decay, with other things such as a level collapse. Also they deleted object 12/liquid pain.
also not to mention that liquid pain was a FEATURED article, and they've let extremely low-quality articles in broken English through the cracks such as level 5.1.
escaping the back rooms can be a bit tricky, but with the right amount of strategy you can escape. i’d start by wandering around and trying to get comfortable with my surroundings then i would start looking for level 11 for the purple like glitch portal that would take me to level 3999, as it’s the exit to leave the back rooms. first i’d try and figure out how the games work then i would try to get the task list, no obviously the list might be difficult so i’d try and get comfortable with my surroundings and make a home for myself, and soon i’ll finish the tasks one by one while still having the appropriate time to have some time for myself and research the place. after finishing all the given tasks and say my last goodbyes and leave the backrooms, and still cherish the memories i had, although i would try to avoid playing too much games, as i would become “too-sane”
i got a speedrun world record with my strat. In level 0 progress normally up until level 3 then you need to jump the frame you enter level 3. because there is a frame of you being in the roof as soon as you enter a level you noclip through to level 3999, then the rng part comes, you need to get "walk in a circle 1 time" or "stare at a wall 2 times" the stare in a wall one is better since it counts staring at a wall once a frame of looking at a wall so it will take 2 frames to finish btw walk in a circle 1 time is a 1/9103 chance and stare at a wall 2 times is 1/10927 chance and yeah you just gotta get good sunset time rng and your good. the fastest time i got with this strat was 1 min because of the start being a bit slow so see if you can make this strategy better or beat my time!

Amazing video! The only thing I don't like about this Level is that because it is in Cluster IV, it shouldn't be accessible from Level 11 or The End, as on the wiki, it says that Level 999 is the only way to get into Cluster II and beyond. Of course, this is the fandom, but still it is the Backrooms.
Wow, I am surprised you delved in to Level 3999 on the fandom a lot more. I’m actually the person who created the tasks idea as one of my friends told me that they felt like the level needed a nerf. If you want proof I am the person, I created the back room colonists, and while I don’t really do the fandom stuff anymore, it’s great to see people commenting on what was pretty much my work.
3999 sounds like a really good level, even if its from the fandom, I mean there is even video games from real life like who wouldn't want to go here? Also I think this is the first vid with a face cam for the entire vid, so good job :D

The way the back rooms are explained sounds like the dream world as the almost infinite amount of levels explains how there are so many different dreams and how no ones dreams make sense like the backrooms
Update towards the location of Level 3999, according towards recent google reviews is that they're shutting the place down soon. It's sad that this cinema is closing down soon but I visited the cinema a few months ago and it was a decent regal theather but couldn't believe that I was in the frontrooms.

Idk if this is a level, but I remember seeing something about a 1000 floor hotel (100 idk) that every 100 (or 10) floors the building becomes more damaged and destroyed, and that whoever makes it to the top can get out of the back rooms. Flying vehicles mysteriously do not work in this place.
I tried escaping the Backrooms before and it went well, however, I will not tell how I did it, wish this level wasn’t a Fandom one so I could’ve used it
I heard if you fail your tasks, you go to level 3999.1, where the scenery is the same, there is some food and water, but there is HORDES of entities chasing you around. You have to stay there for a month to redeem yourself.
One thing from the Wiki not mentioned in this video is that you also get a red button that brings you back to level 3,999 and it’s impossible to lose the list or button.

If you can stay in level 3999 forever i think the backroom might actually be a good place, imagine leaving the backrooms and coming out to a nuclear war... Yeah imma no clip back, just stay in the good levels, chilling out with people, only downside is if you ACCIDENTLY go into a really bad level, but there are ways to escape and you probably wont leave unless you are "adventurous"
fanmade exit/joke method - the 64 method: the moment you enter the backrooms, go to a staircase(any staircase except for the one in the true end and th3 sh4dy gr4y), face the opposite way, jump backwards 4 steps, in less than a second do it again, and again, and again, until you literally warp through time and space and you will land in reality. downsides: you will have to fight a giant spiky dragon lizard thing once you make it to reality. upsides: you will get a cake and a love note from a random entity in a pink dress (most likely a partygoer).

my level I made is actually a way to escape, but it’s dangerous. it’s called ‘the vents’. So basically, it’s a survival level 2. It’s easy to survive, but hard to escape. The only way to escape is find a vent going up, and if it’s very long, you crawl that way. You’ll wake up on the floor of either the snack rooms, or the crimson field on the path. If you find an office, DO NOT open the door to leave. You will be caught. If you do find it, you’ll find another vent on the other side. Enter it. There are no entities in that vent. You will eventually find a supply closet if you go straight then right on the second crossways. There are three ways to enter this level. In level 8, if you find a vent, enter it. In the crimson forest, if you find a split in half tree, crawl up to where it was split and enter the vent. And for level 4, you can end tear any vent found there. This level is -78.3. It has three inhabiting groups. all the groups are small, however. You will often find wanderers in the office of this level, and in the larger vents where entities can not enter due to the lights. there are two entities. There is a shadow figure, which can be avoided by simply disobeying its request to follow it. The other entity will not try to attack you. It will simply give you a light. It is a spherical bright orb. With this light, you can flash it at the shadows to make them leave, and you can flash it at the nails on the vent floor so you can crawl through that area. please make a video on this, it was hard to remember all these facts. (Edit: i forgot to include that you can not see the nails without using the light to get rid of them, so don’t crawl to far in until you meet the sphere. I also forgot to include the nails are rusty, so you can get tetanus and die. The way to heal this is to take out your flashlights batteries and lick them for their acid. It will cure you from any disease or injury.)
Hey I really like your Channel and I like what you do. I hope you still take requests for backroom levels so here I go. Level - 781, level 781 is a vast and open ocean that you will be in, you have the capability to breathe in the water like air. The water is out room temperature until you enter zone 2. If you attempt to swim down you are filled with an overwhelming sense of fear that something larger or greater will kill you. If you swim to the surface of the water you will be met with a horizontal brick wall stretching for seemingly miles. If you pass the border of fear you will pass out. Moments later you will awaken again in a much darker area (zone 2) of the water like you were swimming in a void and you will have an underwater flashlight. Then you will see an entity I call, “the one who lurks below.” The entity resembles a very large whale with four human arms along its body sides. It will grab you with one of these arms and drag you into its mouth, (killing you). The way to enter this level is by breaking one of the pipes on level 3 (Pipe Dreams) and nocliping through it. The way to exit is by swimming along the brick wall at the surface until you find a missing brick and noclip through it. You will then be brought to “The Hub” through a random pipe, but you will be soaking wet. Also the water itself is an entity, “Breathable H2o.” I hoped you like my backroom’s level. the fandoms too nice with surviving in the backrooms. You can go to level 11 and endlessly travel between the levels 11, 6.1, and 13 to live what is practically just a regular life in the city, I like the wikidot/liminalarchives style of everything being bullshit that kills you in 1 second
I feel like the number 1 point of the backrooms is that it is empty, unnerving, and impossible to live any kind of comfortable normal life there... So it feels weird that the fandom is making that possible. It just turns the backrooms into essentially an alternate dimension that is full of life I wish it would have stayed as some unsettling glitched out of place confusing existence thats just a labarynth of strictly indoor locations

@@DannyCheezits It certainly shouldnt be possible for it to be habitable at all. I love the concept of a huge city but its supposed to be unsettling and empty. Like, remember that picture of some neighborhood that just looks very off and creepy because the shading, perspectives, and cartoonish appearance of the hills and houses just felt uncanny and wrong. As something that tries to simulate reality but doesnt quite get it right. Level 11 should have been more like that. More of the off-perspectives, maybe a weird center of gravity, steep hills, buildings that seem unrendered, or have unloaded textures. Even roads that create the illusion of going on forever, but it's just a dead end with a flat wall that just has a picture of buildings on it

imagine if someone no clipped in level 1 and clipped into level 3999 that would be the best time of that persons life and that would be a genius world record, and that would be fun and lucky to get because u get the whole hotel and the arcade for yourself, and that there is 900 rooms in the hotel for urself, plus the theater and the pool, I would love to live level 3999 forever.
I can imagine some crazy backrooms story... You are at the beach with your family, the sun starts setting. You hear a voice coming out from the sunset, you swim out to get a better look. You dunk your head under the water, and when you come back up it is broad daylight. You are suddenly in a seemingly empty beach. (level 100) You wait until the sunsets, being completely alone you fall asleep only to wake up in level 3999. You talk to the sunset, it recognizes you from before and has purposely brought you to the backrooms to meet you up close. It gives you a task, you finish it. You say your goodbyes to the sunset and walk outside.
Imagine if you completed all of the tasks except the last one, and then you read it, "Find a girlfriend", I'm stuck in the backrooms now :) I'm so close but of course, it's impossible to get a girlfriend.
Wait. What if the backrooms is a distant future version of the metaverse program or some other futuristic alternate reality that has at that future time, broken down and is at its deterioration stage? Like the software is corrupted and base reality is completely gone but simultaneously still exists for so-called wanderers? And the entities are the demons that will inevitably inhabit these AI programs!!
Instructions Unclear, I found one who escaped the Backrooms by mastering the Spin and spun into a point of infinity where they ended up making a wormhole of energy lead them back to reality

Ive been in the backrooms before.... Glad i came back but ive encountered LOTS of entities, like smilers, skin stealers, hounds, and while on level 0 i accidentaly made an skin stealer unconscious making a dash on the entity belly and i ran away ofcourse

escaping the back rooms can be a bit tricky, but with the right amount of strategy you can escape. i’d start by wandering around and trying to get comfortable with my surroundings then i would start looking for level 11 for the purple like glitch portal that would take me to level 3999, as it’s the exit to leave the back rooms. first i’d try and figure out how the games work then i would try to get the task list, no obviously the list might be difficult so i’d try and get comfortable with my surroundings and make a home for myself, and soon i’ll finish the tasks one by one while still having the appropriate time to have some time for myself and research the place. after finishing all the given tasks and say my last goodbyes and leave the backrooms, and still cherish the memories i had, although i would try to avoid playing too much games, as i would become “too-sane”
i got a speedrun world record with my strat. In level 0 progress normally up until level 3 then you need to jump the frame you enter level 3. because there is a frame of you being in the roof as soon as you enter a level you noclip through to level 3999, then the rng part comes, you need to get "walk in a circle 1 time" or "stare at a wall 2 times" the stare in a wall one is better since it counts staring at a wall once a frame of looking at a wall so it will take 2 frames to finish btw walk in a circle 1 time is a 1/9103 chance and stare at a wall 2 times is 1/10927 chance and yeah you just gotta get good sunset time rng and your good. the fastest time i got with this strat was 1 min because of the start being a bit slow so see if you can make this strategy better or beat my time!

The only thing I don't like about this Level is that because it is in Cluster IV, it shouldn't be accessible from Level 11 or The End, as on the wiki, it says that Level 999 is the only way to get into Cluster II and beyond. Of course, this is the fandom, but still it is the Backrooms.
Maybe level 999 "unlocks" cluster II and beyond so you can get in the cluster II and beyond from level 11 and The End?
my theory is that you have to be above level 999 and a harshly lit staircase will very rarely spawn and take you to this level

Wow, I am surprised you delved in to Level 3999 on the fandom a lot more. I’m actually the person who created the tasks idea as one of my friends told me that they felt like the level needed a nerf.
If you want proof I am the person, I created the back room colonists, and while I don’t really do the fandom stuff anymore, it’s great to see people commenting on what was pretty much my work.
I quit since then but planned returning with some more cool stuff so yeah.

Only issue with that is then you might not have the gear necessary for completing some of the tasks.

Idk if this is a level, but I remember seeing something about a 1000 floor hotel (100 idk) that every 100 (or 10) floors the building becomes more damaged and destroyed, and that whoever makes it to the top can get out of the back rooms.
Flying vehicles mysteriously do not work in this place.

If you can stay in level 3999 forever i think the backroom might actually be a good place, imagine leaving the backrooms and coming out to a nuclear war... Yeah imma no clip back, just stay in the good levels, chilling out with people, only downside is if you ACCIDENTLY go into a really bad level, but there are ways to escape and you probably wont leave unless you are "adventurous"

fanmade exit/joke method - the 64 method: the moment you enter the backrooms, go to a staircase(any staircase except for the one in the true end and th3 sh4dy gr4y), face the opposite way, jump backwards 4 steps, in less than a second do it again, and again, and again, until you literally warp through time and space and you will land in reality. downsides: you will have to fight a giant spiky dragon lizard thing once you make it to reality. upsides: you will get a cake and a love note from a random entity in a pink dress (most likely a partygoer).

You can walk through anytime you feel like it. There's no set time limit.

my level I made is actually a way to escape, but it’s dangerous. it’s called ‘the vents’. So basically, it’s a survival level 2. It’s easy to survive, but hard to escape. The only way to escape is find a vent going up, and if it’s very long, you crawl that way. You’ll wake up on the floor of either the snack rooms, or the crimson field on the path. If you find an office, DO NOT open the door to leave. You will be caught. If you do find it, you’ll find another vent on the other side. Enter it. There are no entities in that vent. You will eventually find a supply closet if you go straight then right on the second crossways. There are three ways to enter this level. In level 8, if you find a vent, enter it. In the crimson forest, if you find a split in half tree, crawl up to where it was split and enter the vent. And for level 4, you can end tear any vent found there. This level is -78.3. It has three inhabiting groups. all the groups are small, however. You will often find wanderers in the office of this level, and in the larger vents where entities can not enter due to the lights. there are two entities. There is a shadow figure, which can be avoided by simply disobeying its request to follow it. The other entity will not try to attack you. It will simply give you a light. It is a spherical bright orb. With this light, you can flash it at the shadows to make them leave, and you can flash it at the nails on the vent floor so you can crawl through that area. please make a video on this, it was hard to remember all these facts. (Edit: i forgot to include that you can not see the nails without using the light to get rid of them, so don’t crawl to far in until you meet the sphere. I also forgot to include the nails are rusty, so you can get tetanus and die. The way to heal this is to take out your flashlights batteries and lick them for their acid. It will cure you from any disease or injury.)

Hey I really like your Channel and I like what you do. I hope you still take requests for backroom levels so here I go. Level - 781, level 781 is a vast and open ocean that you will be in, you have the capability to breathe in the water like air. The water is out room temperature until you enter zone 2. If you attempt to swim down you are filled with an overwhelming sense of fear that something larger or greater will kill you. If you swim to the surface of the water you will be met with a horizontal brick wall stretching for seemingly miles. If you pass the border of fear you will pass out. Moments later you will awaken again in a much darker area (zone 2) of the water like you were swimming in a void and you will have an underwater flashlight. Then you will see an entity I call, “the one who lurks below.” The entity resembles a very large whale with four human arms along its body sides. It will grab you with one of these arms and drag you into its mouth, (killing you). The way to enter this level is by breaking one of the pipes on level 3 (Pipe Dreams) and nocliping through it. The way to exit is by swimming along the brick wall at the surface until you find a missing brick and noclip through it. You will then be brought to “The Hub” through a random pipe, but you will be soaking wet. Also the water itself is an entity, “Breathable H2o.” I hoped you like my backroom’s level. the fandoms too nice with surviving in the backrooms. You can go to level 11 and endlessly travel between the levels 11, 6.1, and 13 to live what is practically just a regular life in the city, I like the wikidot/liminalarchives style of everything being bullshit that kills you in 1 second
I feel like the number 1 point of the backrooms is that it is empty, unnerving, and impossible to live any kind of comfortable normal life there... So it feels weird that the fandom is making that possible. It just turns the backrooms into essentially an alternate dimension that is full of life
I wish it would have stayed as some unsettling glitched out of place confusing existence thats just a labarynth of strictly indoor locations

@@DannyCheezits It certainly shouldnt be possible for it to be habitable at all. I love the concept of a huge city but its supposed to be unsettling and empty. Like, remember that picture of some neighborhood that just looks very off and creepy because the shading, perspectives, and cartoonish appearance of the hills and houses just felt uncanny and wrong. As something that tries to simulate reality but doesnt quite get it right. Level 11 should have been more like that. More of the off-perspectives, maybe a weird center of gravity, steep hills, buildings that seem unrendered, or have unloaded textures.
Even roads that create the illusion of going on forever, but it's just a dead end with a flat wall that just has a picture of buildings on it

I can imagine some crazy backrooms story... You are at the beach with your family, the sun starts setting. You hear a voice coming out from the sunset, you swim out to get a better look. You dunk your head under the water, and when you come back up it is broad daylight. You are suddenly in a seemingly empty beach. (level 100) You wait until the sunsets, being completely alone you fall asleep only to wake up in level 3999. You talk to the sunset, it recognizes you from before and has purposely brought you to the backrooms to meet you up close. It gives you a task, you finish it. You say your goodbyes to the sunset and walk outside.
