The x plore file manager don't have any PSP folder in my phone..
The only I found is the app of ppsspp and when I tap on it..the app runs..
In the X-plore file manager, there is also an app manager, maybe you mistakenly tapped it
You should be able to see your internal storage on the first page

When you tap on cheats in the PPSSPP, it automatically genates an empty file without no cheat in it, so you'll have to go to PPSSPP-CHEATS to see the new file, you'll need to use x-plore file manager to paste the code in the file

Yeah, eight clones, just use shadow clone jutsu 3 times
@@mahx_ae i dont think that is possible, naruto will throw the clone if you use the shadow clone twice
In this cheat if you use shadow clones thrice, you will spin the first 4 clones and create another 4 clones at the same time

There is no cheat in x-plore file manager
I don't think you understood the video, copy the code in the video, go to the naruto game settings then enable cheats, go to x-plore file manager, psp folder, cheats, open the file that starts with ULU, paste the code and save it, then go back to the game
