@@Ms-Osoro This house is near to university of Waterloo… I’m sure that they are not rented out this place anymore…. The owners are renovating so I had to move out…. The best way to find a place is check Facebook marketplace and AccomodateU

Rent should be in the range of 500 to 750 CAD for single accommodation. I was living with my friend in a shared room so I had to pay only 350 CAD
