    Just discovered your channel and I don't understand how you don't have at least 100k followers. Your content is top notch! This kind of crypto and defi technical knowledge is what we need on youtube. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work!❤

    Awesome video, exactly what I was looking for! I really appreciate you first laying the ground work a bit with some fundamental smart contract knowledge. The internet/future devs need more content like this, keep it up!

    Great, I've been digging around in the block explorers and saw these proxy contract things and your video explains a lot. I hope you continue producing these shorter vids, you have a lot of great insight to share!

      @@0xkerman could you provide another video about how to interpret what the block explorers are showing? I have traditional software engineering knowledge and just trying to learn how the Blockchain stuff works. Seems like there is the implementation code and then some other parameters that people can use getters and setters for each smart contract and I've made guesses but generally I'm fumbling around looking at different addresses and smart contract source code. Maybe something like a basic high level audit of like a uniswap and a LP pair pool might be a good example, no idea how much work that might be on your side

    I'm glad you're back! I just found your channel and was watching the old stuff and really liking the way you explain these things. Would love any videos about what AVAX has goin on if you need content ideas.

    • @Fortnite_islands
      @Fortnite_islands 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@0xkerman I've jumped right into AVAX but now I'm realizing there are a ton of network competitors like Solana and I'm not sure I really see the differences, if you had a take on new networks that would be interesting. Also a take on their consensus protocol would be nice, I need to read more on what really makes it different.

    What if you renounce ownership, can the proxy still interact with the contract?

    • @0xkerman
      @0xkerman  ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends on the implementation but if you renounce ownership then it just means no one can upgrade the implementation contract.
