as far as i know you dont have to extract it.. just open the file while its still in the winrar folder and press on install at the top. That should work just fine for those wondering.

You were a great help, but you didn't mention that personal use is not for commercial use, and I really don't know why anyone would want to use a font if they couldn't use it for commercial use. These are copyrighted. Noone can use them if they are making t shirts, etc.
