I have done this tutorial successfully, all the static files are worked, images added, css added. then I close my laptop. but after 6,7 hours when I was wanted to change background color then It could not changed, why this? can anyone tell me?

Press Ctrl + F5 to Hard Refresh also try with different browser it might be cookies issue.
