There is no maximum range listed in the specifications by iFi. Without being described specifically as long-range, transmission and reception should have a range of around 33-feet which is fairly standard for most Bluetooth devices.
Unfortunately, it doesn't have a dedicated headphone output or internal headphone amp, but it can be connected to an external headphone amp if you want to use wired headphones.
@crutchfield hmm , could it somehow connect to the ifi go blu via it's usb c input? Just wondering what's possible as I have the go blu and wondered if the DAC on this device would be better than the go's DAC. Maximising the options!
@crutchfield primarily Aune AR5000 headphones, so would like to connect them via the go blu wirelessly or, as per above if it's possible to use one of the outputs of the zen blue 3 in to the usb on the go blue. I also have Audeze Maxwell so wondered about using the zen's DAC with those via aux in (though I think they're actually probably better wireless). Source is highest I can input via usb c in on the zen from pc -Amazon music HD unlimited subscription.
The only way we know it will work is to connect the PS5 to a TV and then grab the audio from the TV either using an audio output on it or by using the HDMI ARC port with this converter: www.crutchfield.com/I-rYALc227/p_970HDX21BK/item.html

What is the difference between the Zen 3 blue and the Zen one blue studio?
When you say the Zen one blue studio, do you mean this unit:
