- Q'uo is a channeled entity that provides knowledge similar to the law of one but in many ways is easier to understand.
Here we see what Q'uo has to say about your guides, who they are and how to access them.
In the case of the Ra contact, the transmission of information/energy was a narrow band one, that is it was extremely focused, extremely coherent, and extremely tight, necessitating that the consciousness of the instrument be out of the body. It was a magical event in the truest sense of the word, requiring ritual protection and greater fastidiousness in walking in the light, leaving the L/L group (Don, Carla, and Jim) little margin for error
What makes the Ra contact so singular, whether in comparison to Q'uo or virtually every other source of information available on this planet, is that we hear directly from Ra with little to no human interference, as if they are in the room with us. Ra as Ra - as a unified planetary consciousness, beyond polarity, outside of space and time, existing in the experience of unbroken unity - is a pure source of information very "close" (for lack of a better term) to the undistorted infinite Creator, in my understanding, at least.
Q'uo, on the other hand, is broad band because it is channeled by an instrument that is present in their own physical vehicle - not only present, but awake and aware of Q'uo coming through them. Q'uo, therefore, is necessarily colored by the human instrument. The skilled instrument, of course, strives to reduce their impact on the information as much as possible, but the coloration is unavoidable. This however does not, in my understanding, mitigate against the polarity and overall message which Q’uo has to share. If one were to make a study of Q’uo channelings from their beginning to present day, one would find a stunningly consistent message over a span of 24 years and multiple instruments.

I sat down a few weeks ago with a cup of coffee to “talk” with my husband who had unexpectedly passed away exactly a year prior to make contact and ask how he was doing now. I wrote in my journal, “Hi! How are you? (I felt rather than saw that he was well and in excellent health...quite a contrast to the ICU scene in my memory). He replied, “I have never felt more alive!” I wrote that down and intuitively listened...he said, “It is so much more than we were told. It is so beautiful!” I smiled in wonder and surprise that he had shown up. I wrote/asked, “What do you want me to know at this time?” He replied, “You are strong and beautiful. I love you, and I always will. Thank you for loving me. This is only goodbye for now. We will meet again.” I felt encouraged and comforted. It was a poignant and beautiful coffee date. I feel complete and at peace with his passing knowing he is fully alive and we will meet again. It was so unexpected, but exactly what I needed to go on and make the most of my own life this round. :)

I wasn't coping 27 years ago. I had given birth to a disabled girl. I came close to suicide. A guide "Ismail" helped me through this difficult time. He showed his face to me and I remember clearly what he looked like. Not sure if he is still around. Yes my daughter Carly cannot speak nor walk and is wheelchair bound but she has taught me the greatest gift of Love, unconditional love. I believe that she incarnated for my growth and her soul has grown expotentially in this life time. God bless

I had a friend who had TWO disabled kids as a single mom. One was born very, very prematurely and spent 180 days in NICU and had Cerebral palsy. The son she had right before she got pregnant with the preemie baby seemed normal-fat, healthy but he never hit his neuro milestones. Is profoundly autistic, retarded mentally, non verbal, can't feed himself, drools constantly and is in diapers. He is in his 20s. She went to college and graduated as a respiratory therapist while caring for these kids alone. She is totally devoted to them. I could never imagine doing what she does. She said those kids saved her life. She had a marriage before this and had 2 normal children who both grew up to be high functioning, successful and wealthy. But she said if she had not had these kids, she probably would have wound up parking on a bar stool. Dolores Cannon said in a video I watched just 2 days ago that in the spirit realm, spirits "stand in line" or compete to be able to incarnate as a disabled person so esteemed are their paths and all the karma that is dissolved by living one of these lives. This is the answer to the question of why God allows suffering upon the innocent. The lesson is not necessarily for the one who suffers. How else could one rise to a challenge if there is no challenge? A hero can not emerge without a villain.

Does anyone else find themselves pausing the videos now and then to contemplate a concept or whatever, and what should be an hour long video turns into 2 and a half?
Usually I listen in the shower without play/pause control and end up having to go back and find certain things again when I’m done

Dolores Southwood I thought it was just me! I think that’s a very essential thing to do otherwise we don’t get the information to sink into our consciousness! That’s why when you have a physical book, you stop and maybe read it a couple of times to really get the message that’s why I always say with audiobooks that we need to listen to them more than once because with a physical book it takes a lot longer to read because we do stop and take it in properly! Thank you, Brian. Your videos are a treasure. I listen to them over and over to make sure I don’t miss anything. I want to share a story, I’ll try to make it short. I was sent to work from home in early April. I got bored within the first week and decided to explore and venture out to find locations where I could do my work or at least have my one hour lunch break there. I remembered a beautiful park near my house and decided to scope it out. I hadn’t been there in at least ten years. Each day I’d go and spend my hour lunch there. And each day I found the park pulling me further in. At this same time, I was calling on my guides as I was also going through a tough time with medical issues. By the second week, I found myself all the way in near the lake. There were two trees there and a park bench. I had heard about a meditation where you sit with your back relaxed against a tree and allow the roots and the branches to expand you. I’d go every day and meditate with this tree. I felt connected and all my worries would disappear...COVID, protests, my medical issues, etc. By the third week, as I was meditating, I felt my dad’s presence (he died in 2013). His presence was so strong, I could smell him. I started thinking if him and how he would have loved this park. I suddenly got this feeling of needing to check the tree closer...why? IDK? It must have been my guides/dad/higher self...love. I got up and was shocked as I looked at the tree. In front of me on the tree was a big heart about ten inches with the initials J and S. Incredibly, these are my parents initials! I call it “dad’s tree” now. But that’s not all. During my visits to this park, for the three weeks prior, I noticed that there was a lot of trash. Obviously people were finding refuge in the park because everything was closed to due to Covid. More people at the park made me happy but the trash really bothered me. So I bought a trash pick-up stick and a collapsible trash bag, the kind you take camping. During my little expeditions through the park, I’d pick up trash along the way. Just three days after my encounter with the heart, I picked up what I thought was a straw wrapper but turned out to be a beautiful sterling silver, cubic zirconia heart necklace. A heart! I couldn’t believe it! It was ten feet from the tree. The necklace was buried inside a weed in the ground. Who know how long it has been there. I’ve been going to this park to meditate under that tree almost every day. I keep that area very clean. I don’t tell anyone this story because I feel that people might think I’m making this up. I told my hubby and he immediately went to the park to see for himself. I also told my siblings and one drove two hours and the other drove six hours to come and see it. They’re whole demeanor changed when we reached the tree. You’d think they were in dad’s presence. But that’s not all. Dad was a Gardner in life. He loved trees. He planted over 40 trees on his own property but there were two trees he planted in front of his house that truly represent him. They are very tall, sturdy, and their branches touch. There is a song in Spanish that talks about two trees and how they caressed each other with their branches. They were in love and alone but not lonely, always looking up together at the sky. The song ends with, “I want you (the tree) near me until I die”. Well, there is a second tree near dad’s tree at the park and their branches touch.

If our aim is to learn faith and trust with the veil of forgetting over us then I’m in the right place I guess even tho I feel utterly lost and frustrated (why aren’t you answering me 🙄) sometimes. I feel strongly that coming upon your videos is so synchronistic. I have felt all my life like a stranger here. I cry or get emotional looking at photos of galaxies. As an only child I always looked for angels. And yet early trauma and abuse set me on a path of low self esteem, fears, insecurities and a terrible sense of aloneness and abandonment and of course addictions to numb the pain. I have studied all the world religions. Studied the Urantia book for 20 years. Became a Christian and have, like Carla, a deep devotion to Christ but realize that Christianity has not always done Christ a service. I rejected the angry, wrathful God, A burning punishing hell and the need to kill your own son in order to forgive your other sons and daughters as tenets of that faith. But I have never seen an angel or spirit although I have felt them.And other than dreams telling of future events, I have really no spiritual gifts.I have read hundreds of NDEs. I have always believed in life beyond our planet, aliens and star people. I am close to the end of my life now. My body (lungs) are trashed from years of self abuse. All I can do is pray for the planet.I continually ask the council of light to help us with wisdom. I pray that humans ready to abuse a child or animal or anyone really remember the compassion inside them. To stop. Drop their arm. Look into the eyes of the one they are ready to strike. I try not to fear and to believe in a simplistic statement "God Wins". We win. Love will win.
Yeshua came, walked among and taught us, and died a public death to show us that death is not the end of us. He went to the paradise that was next to he'll, gathered everyone there, and brought them back here, where he visited those who knew him and taught for 40 days. One who knew him asked him, "if you brought everyone back from paradise to take them with you to the new place you are preparing for us, where is Elijah? I don't see him."
Yeshua replied, "There he is...Do you not see John the Baptist? He is Elijah. " That proves reincarnation to me.
Later, he opened a portal in a wall and walked into the new place, taking those he collected with him.
I read all of Yeshua's words and followed his instructions. I sought within with all of my heart and all of my faith using meditation, and he revealed himself to me within a week. He held up one finger and said, "have patience." And was gone. That fired me up. What happened after that was the most amazing experience of my life. I awakened within my skull just like Neville says. Seek the light within. He is within you. You are light. It's all true!

Once I asked for the name of my guide and it said: "Jon without an h". I'm like okay, and then, a few days after, I'm sitting in my English lessons, not really listening and suddenly, I hear: Jon without an h. And I'm like omg what's going on😮it was the name of a character in a text we were reading. Just remembered this.
Also, I feel like, the more I follow my intuition, the more I keep my eyes open for reoccurring things in my daily life, the more I notice the universe speaking through symbols and being kinda hilarious. Like at a certain time being confronted with camille everywhere (on a field, in a Cafe, then on toilet paper). I realized that it's energy was helping me a lot, making me feel calmer and protected as I was strongly needing it at that period of time.
So, it is very beautiful seeing synchronicities in your life. They happen all the time, we just have to start being aware of them

I have drastically awaken to the truth that I was searching for all of my life, in just about four months. I now know that 100% that we create our own reality plus learned so much more. I truly resonated with this. The confirmation I receive knowing that I am not the only one who experiences these shifts in consciousness and guidance, makes the journey a bit less confusing.
I have met my guides and even asked their names, very interesting things happened as a Friend and I was walking from Indiana to Colorado. We was in Topeka Kansas walking down the street and I was telling my friend that I had just received a new Angel and his name is Power, as we continued walking there was a man that was about 100 feel away from us, jumps down off of a high building curb and he screamed out to me and said you have the Power of God all over you, needless to say, it stunned me for a moment, then I looked to my friend and said I told you I received a new guild. My other 2 Angel's are Goodness and Mercy the same ones that accompanied King David. I had no idea that Goodness and Mercy were Angel I read that David wrote surely Goodness and Mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. This is amazing! I am fascinated by the deep truths contained in the Ra material, but it is tough listening and strikes me as being something along the lines of a reference book or encyclopedia that only gives up the information that the questioner asks for. There is often, too, a sense of Ra's impatience such as "we have already covered this in former sessions" (we all had teachers with that attitude, didn't we?). Listening to Q'uo, however, is a breath of fresh air in that they speak with eloquence and a certain humanistic benevolence. Thanks so much for reading from Q'uo for us. I have been hearing my guides in meditation for a long time. I have done automatic writing as I journal...and they come and visit me here too.
I believe they strengthen my connection to Source. My remembering has happened in stages since I was 4. Most intensely now since 2016. They are a part of my “over-soul”. It is like you are talking to yourself, but you know you aren’t at the same time...And yet, we carry on living here in 3/4D ...Just the person next door...you know?! Vibration is all that we are.

Wow I am so happy this video came up in my feed! I was meditating and following Yogananda for a few years but after moving and staying at multiple places I have stopped meditating and have been questioning myself why is it so hard to restart! This has helped to reignite this desire and to truly take the time and effort to open to guidance again! I do feel and see many of my life changes and happenings have been guided in the past...I now have to get my brain of doubt out of the way to open and receive again! Thank you thank Scott!!

I love the timing of this message, since the Lions Gate portal my guides have really been coming on. I've always known there are many, I even know who some of them are but I don't always speak to them specifically. But on August 8th I channeled one of my guides. It was epic, unlike anything I've ever experienced. She told me she had always been with me, also she kept saying, feel me. Then we would just breathe together. Synchronicities aren't something we just sometimes notice. Once we are in Union with spirit, they are commonplace. Manifestation, almost instant. At 59:30 , literally heard from a spirit guid. My father in this one incarnation I’m living now spoke to me. In this space / time it was 1 sec in passing, but my father passed away in 2015 and revealed the aspects of are relationship from his prospective of being out of space/ time and shifting into 4D. Didn’t expect to being chilling and and hour into this ramp up the spiritual energy to 1000%. Such a fantastic listen and powerful tool. To note I listened to much of this in a specific state of meditation and this was 100% completely new information so the impact and effect on my current consciousness was from the beginning of this experience positioned in this space / time to have the most dramatic effect on myself.

The description of ascension starting at 9:30 - comparing it to the process of winemaking and distillery - was already reawakening my old Christian brain but then the comparison of the “event” of ascension with a wedding or birthday celebration forced me to recall the first miracle of Jesus in the gospels - the turning of water into wine during the wedding at Cana. And he did this at the request of Mary, the veiled virgin, an avatar of the unconscious mind. Potent symbolism completely lost to most Christians sadly :(

Sometimes they give phrases and thougts that later I recognise as great inspiration. They advice me showing me things, people, texts... it can be anything.
